It a charity in Australia to fund raise for mens health issues.( though most shave it off in December)

For at least 90% of men, it's best to either grow a full beard or be clean shaven. If you're handsome enough or stylish enough that it doesn't matter, you can do whatever you want, but most people aren't. It sounds like your hair doesn't grow thickly enough for you to be happy with a full beard, and that's fine. But just because Burt Reynolds can pull off a mustache, that doesn't mean you can pull off a mustache.

The relationship part of this is a whole different thing, but the facial hair part of it is easy.

Update: I shaved it. Not for her but because my new job kinda hinted at it being something that wanted.. I mailed my gf the shavings as a present. .. she doesn’t think I’m funny.

Strangely I agree with Durga here. But for me its always them telling me not to shave.
