For clarification's sake, Celsius or Fahrenheit?

Yes. At -40 it definitely doesn't.

Costa Rica Highlands (Coffee country)
Around the 12 months our minimum night temperature is about 60 Fahrenheit & our maximum day temperature is about 80 Fahrenheit. We get continuous light breezes, except some high winds for about 3 months a year (but the winds are always warm).
I’m not sure I could survive the kind of climates you endure, Costa Rica turns you into a bit soft when it comes to cold... Good luck to you in the ice.

Just so everyone is aware, a banana left out overnight CAN drive a nail into a board.

... but will it go around counter-clockwise if you put it down a drain in the southern hemisphere?

Only had a -35 degree F wind chill. Same expected tomorrow.

@bo, yes it matters, it influences what they put on the autopsy report.

Same here. It's warm in comparison, but I bike a part of my commute. Word of advice: don't do it
