[Variant] 1900

We all know
1900, don't we?
It's simply one of the most popular and critically acclaimed Diplomacy variants ever. It has been recently ported to vDiplomacy.com by @nopunin10did (aka Alex Ronke) and given how popular, balanced and in general terms awesome it is, I believe putting it here on webDip is a no-brainer.

I agree, but let's wait a little bit to make sure there are no bugs, right? I was going to suggest a couple cosmetic changes.

- Permanent error on the "Map info" page
- Arrow between Gibraltar and Morocco
- Map issues with Lake Inari and the islands of Karpathos and Fehmarn
- Adding new neutral skins for Libya-Bulgaria and Bosnia
- The seas around Sardinia and Crete or their coloring
