Incomplete order options

I'm Ghana in this game. I should have 3 build options this turn, but for some reason I can only build an army in Mali.

Can you help? Preferably within the next few hours as my build phase will end in 22 hours :D

It looks like you've got units occupying your home centers. As only one unit can be on each territory, you will be unable to build there until you vacate those centers, limiting you to just the one build in Mali.

This topic is locked as it discusses an ongoing Gunboat (i.e. no press is allowed) game. This is not allowed.

To clarify, discussing ongoing game is allowed if they're not Gunboats (even if they're anonymous).
