Unexpected draw in Bot game

Playing a bot game and the game suddenly ended in a draw with the message "GameMaster: Game was drawn due to at all remaining members failing to enter orders." I had just entered orders and clicked to see results.
This seems rather odd in such a game.

Did you miss the deadline? I think the bot orders maybe are calculated after you enter orders, so if you miss the deadline, then so does everyone else?

When you say you had just entered orders and clicked to see results what exactly do you mean by this? What did you click? Was the game open on your browser for an extended period of time? I think this has happened once before but we couldn't gather enough information to figure out exactly what had happened, so we wrote it off as a one time error caused by a bot server error or something. The more information you provide, the more likely it is that we figure this out.

No, I was playing non-stop.

After entering orders, I clicked on "Ready", then on
here the line "Game processed, click here to refresh.."
That game had only been going for 10-15 minutes, but I had played several others previously that day.
Browser is Safari.

Did you click save before clicking ready?

Not sure. I usually do but not certain.
