How about after you enter orders, you can click a button that will display the orders and movements you have entered on the map, as they would appear after being processed. It would show the arrows and icons depicting what will happen. It's a preview or review of the orders depicted graphically so you can double check and see if you entered them right. ?

That does exist under the map there are six little symbols.
Click the one on the far right if orders are saved, to view visually.
The map will have a red outline.
The one in the middle is for a large version and the other changes the phase of the map for previous years.

be aware that there are some graphical bugs on the preview map. mostly involving coasts. e.g. Swe supports StP south coast to GoB; StP to GoB; will show a grey line indicating that the support is not accompanied by the corresponding move.
