Once a game is completed. I would love to be able to go back and read all the chat from all the nations. I think this would be a helpful way of breaking down the game afterwards.

I doubt we will ever offer this option.

I believe we've had some games in which all press was voluntarily published by the players afterwards. I don't have a link though.
