Good observation. His play was probably ultimately much smarter, and I'll keep it in mind if I ever decide to open against Austria ever again. Mine was a little more balls to the wall hoping for the best.

Don't want your nasty cookies but I will sub if there are points involved. If your looking for a half decent GB player on the other hand I'm not your guy.

All these finished games and gameID=222901 is STILL only in 1903 and has been paused for weeks now. Can we please get some kind of explanation?

Please don't post about ongoing GB games in the forum. We are aware of the problem, which is caused by Ghug having internet/computer problems.

Since most mods are in the tournament, we ask for your patience while we sort out a solution.

I expect we will soon start placing the subs into games, which should allow us to unpause them. As soon as we've handled the ones that are obvious to us, we'll ask you to email us about the paused games we missed.

Hey... trying to make get this started again... ghug is having computer access issues. I looked for a list of subs, and found only chippperock... are there other subs?

Has Flash2015 been subbed into the tournament already? He posted above that he's available.

Substitutions are pending for the two currently missing players.

The game in question is unfortunate in that a new player disappeared shortly before the old one was replaced, but the spot will be filled in short order.
