I am not interested in your justifications and excuses, flash. You have been informed of my position. Either act on it or I will ask the mods to act for you.
With your record, I think I can summarize in only two symbols what the mods response will be:

Re: Vote wait times (comparison)

Ok. In all honesty it sounds a little unnerving having your name, address, and who you voted for sat in a government envelope, but the risk is probably low enough for people used to the system to not be concerned. Personally I'm not persuaded, but that may be more about what I'm used to than object...

Re: Election Countdown Tracker

Party registration is a big thing in the US since it is used to determine which election primary you can vote in. At least in NY, you choose your party registration when you apply for a driver's licence. Most people are registered with one of the two major parties. I am not sure it is a good idea as...

Re: Election Countdown Tracker

The democrats though are running up huge advantages in early voting What’s the evidence of this? Does the US allow exit polling of people who have voted early prior to the election proper even starting? It looks like many states release voting statistics by party registration. One place they have b...

Re: M61 Singups - The Mastermind's Revenge

I think that was a couple of themes ago, or close to it. In which case I have to tip my cap to jamie for resurrecting my interest in late 60s UK horror. Great cinema! I am Jamie T, Scumfinder Pursuivant. AND while I have occasionally been called the site Dinosaur, Jamie T is the site Thesaurus. For...

Re: Vote wait times (comparison)

Just another couple of points about early voting in the US: - it isn't like they open all the polling stations for 30/45 (or whatever) days before the election. Only a small percentage of the polling stations are open. For example, in my area the election day polling location is a few hundred yards ...

Re: Vote wait times (comparison)

@Oct, one imagines that there would be no demand for early voting if voting on the actual day wasn't being suppressed. I don't necessarily disagree with you. But I presume that early voting exists as a measure to reduce costs. If you have 1 full time job always working on a task and able to accept ...

Flash, you have long since abandoned any claim at reason and are pushing the boundaries of harassment. If you continue down this route I'll have no choice but to ask the mods to take action. Oh please. Give me a break. You are the one that called these people "idiots" and said they should have thei...

Re: Vote wait times (comparison)

Oh please. No one believes you have the high moral ground here, troll. I know you were trying to provoke an emotional response with your stupid and ignorant comment: "Are these people complete idiots? It would be a great boost for US democracy if they burned all these ballots and stuck to people who...

Ah, what have I missed over the last week or so? ...virtually nothing it seems... I get the impression that this isn't going to be the most comprehensive of surveys, but for what it's worth never more than a ten minute walk and never more than a couple of minutes queuing. What I am amazed by is the...

I'm annoyed at Nanook for his "woe is me" attitude.

If I was upset at town, I'd probably be upset at one of the townies randomly commiting suicide for no reason lol.
