Re: WOW

Assassination rogue? Of all the specs of all the classes that is an absolutely absurd pick and I think we should seriously doubt that candidate's ability to make decisions.

Re: Civil war 2.0???

1% means it is still mathematically possible. And no a second civil isn’t likely or close at hand. That’s from someone who’s American if you’re concerned about nationalities. It would have to happen over some singular issue, and there quite simply isn’t a singular issue that has a likelihood of gett...

Re: World Cup

“England doesn’t value bronze” is an observational statement whereas “no one should value bronze” is a normative statement. Basically he wants to make it clear he’s from England. EDIT: As a true American, I also don’t value consolation rounds. As a wise man once said “If you’re not first, you’re las...

Re: How to get picked for the Supreme Court

Ugh, finally someone posts on this forum but it’s the most boring subject. Kennedy gave Trump a list of people he thought were suitable replacements for him before he decided the time was right to retire, and Trump felt the only person on that list conservative enough to nominate was Kavanaugh.

Re: Scott Pruitt Resigns

I saw an interesting article by someone at BBC World that seemed to think he might run for Governor of Oklahoma. I chuckled a bit, unlike the author of that article I’ve been following that race very closely, and he would have to have filed for that race way back in April to be a candidate. Then I b...

While not a liberal, my thoughts are that it’d be best not to continue reading the Daily Wire.
I like the daily wire. That point aside. If you’d like to make a comment on the possibility of civil war 2.0. I’d love to hear it
I did have a comment, and I made it.

While the jury is currently out on the long term effects of the tariff war, evening trade balances is a good policy.
Tariffs not only impose immense economic costs but also fail to achieve their primary policy aims and foster political dysfunction along the way

Re: Mexican Election

I am so amazed, that you can’t PREDICT WHAT WILL HAPPEN DIPLOMATICALLY. NO SARCASM THERE I mean they’re both populists who have had to flip or dull their positions on various subjects from time to time, and it just happens they’re completely different kinds of populists as well. I wouldn’t really a...

I don’t know, El Tri was eliminated from the World Cup the day after he was elected, so it’s basically like he’s starting off with a failing record.

The concept of anyone in Mexican politics proposing to pay for a wall along the northern border actually makes me laugh, let alone AMLO agreeing to it.
