I've been told that not adding a concede button in classic was to help train the bot AI, but honestly I think that would just lead to poor training data, when I couldn't concede I would just throw my centers to lose faster. I think a concede button against bots in would help a lot in saving time. I ...

Fair enough, but I tend to play purposefully badly to end my games once I know I can't win them, which I'm sure isn't great training data.

Auto Concede bot matches
How difficult would it be to implement the concede functionality from France vs Austria, or Germany vs Italy bot games, to normal classic mode bot games?
Seems like it would be a useful addition to speed up the process of ending a game that you know is lost.
