Yes, there's a significant penalty. Their Reliability Rating will drop and before long they will be unable to play (many) games. As you can see in the link Yonni provided, some people then complain about it on the forum. Some people find our system harsh, but we think it's fair to protect those that are serious players from those that don't care about others.
