The Anglo-Saxon word “hlafdiga” which eventually became lady means “bread maker”.

In Old English the word starve just meant “to die”. So you could starve from overeating or from drinking too much.

I've also apparently given out around 2615 +1's so far, and am pretty sure this one of the larger reasons for the karma inflation.

Case in point: Approx. 22.22% of Squigs' karma originates from me, lol

The myelinated nerve fibers in my right eye bear a surprisingly strong resemblance, from a certain angle, to one of the publicly available pictures of quasar PG 1012+008, taken by the Hubble.

The closer you get to the speed of light slower time goes to an observer not travelling at near speed of light. But if you are the person traveling at that speed time is still relative so you gain nothing.

Loving chocolate is like watching anime - you can't admit to indulging in this treat after a certain age

I often ask older acquaintances if they still drink or eat chocolate related products and they get offended 'it's only for kids' they reply

Stick to shaded areas. They aren't very solid in sunny areas
