When I were a lad there wasn't even internet thingy Diplomacy points in existence & condemned prisoners laboured in mighty Ming's Diplomacy board game factories.
My hypothesis is that Omnipotent Zultar discovered an infinite supply of Diplomacy points when he was fooling about with party tricks in his Magic Cave with Kestas & the first Almighty Mods.
Are you sure you need proper Diplomacy points to play in jmo's test game? Maybe Diplomacy test points is what Bob needs, test points for s test game.
I wouldn't want to suggest that Carl might be engaging in sharp lending practices & debt​ obligation Diplomacy but I think Bob should remember.. caveat emptor, be cautious buyer (or borrower in Bob's case).
