09 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [South-Africa]:Hi all, good luck & have fun.
09 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [Libya]:Same to you, mate
09 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [Frozen-Antarctica]:this is my first time playing a variant
09 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [India]:Good game to everyone!
09 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2000: [Western-Canada]:Hi to all of you, and good luck.
10 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Quebec]:Good luck to all!
13 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2001: GameMaster: samy_ilanas was banned: Multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
13 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2001: GameMaster: flavio_dirapa was banned: Multi.
14 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Western-Canada]:W Canada now under new management, messages of congratulations and offers of support all welcome!
14 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2001: [South-Africa]:Congratulations & jubilations & a great big welcome to you sir.
23 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Argentina]:Hey, let's all join a game midway and immediately vote Draw, Pause, Cancel. Good idea, huh?
The Draw I can understand. However, the Pause and Cancel are just totally absurd.
Any thoughts?
23 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Argentina]:Don't see any good reason to Cancel and less reason to Pause, unless you're having a baby, which could indeed be the case. Just let us know the circumstances and we will be understanding.
24 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Argentina]:Excuse me for asking, Libya, but why cancel? Straight question. I'll go along with it if there's a good reason.
24 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Argentina]:Seems like I'm spending all my time trying to stop people pausing or cancelling.. Pissed off. I vote Draw/Cancel and may the devil take the hindmost!
25 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2004: [Russia]:argentina, there were 2 people caught cheating in this game, so cancelling is a far option. and if youve played this game more than twice youd know that once people start losing they might as well vote to draw/pause/cancel to get out of it any way they can. nothing is going to get cancelled unless its unanimous anyway, and no ones answering your complaints because theyve probably all muted your annoying questions.
26 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2004: [Frozen-Antarctica]:^very true
26 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 2004: [Argentina]:Apologies to all. No harm meant. I know I tend to get very involved in games here; perhaps carried away is a better way to express it. I shall curb that immersion impulse.
To those still listening, I shall also keep my silence from now on.
12 Sep 12 UTC Spring, 2008: [Kenya]:If NEI isn't being used elsewhere, can it support NWI to SIO?
12 Sep 12 UTC Spring, 2008: [South-Africa]:Is that a mistake or you trying a double bluff.
13 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2008: [USA]:I feel like at this point you should kill me, I am hopeless now so just end my misery.
13 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2008: [USA]:I feel like at this point you should kill me, I am hopeless now so just end my misery.
13 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2008: [China]:this is true in this game and slowly becoming true in reality
13 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2008: [Frozen-Antarctica]:except china isnt gonna kill the us in this game like real life
14 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2008: [Western-Canada]:So how's this game going to end? Have you big boys agreed a draw when enough of us are defeated or is someone going for the solo?
If so small but veteran army available for hire in exchange for a 'survive' result, all offers considered, its cold and lonely up here in Canada
14 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2008: [Quebec]:I origanaly wanted to win but,
the idea of a draw seems pretty good right now....
not so much when I've been knocked out.
19 Sep 12 UTC Spring, 2010: [Argentina]:In the land of the lost, the insane man is king.
19 Sep 12 UTC Spring, 2010: [Kenya]:Well, based on that last convoy, you're the new emperor.
19 Sep 12 UTC Spring, 2010: [Argentina]::~) I accept the title 'the lost emperor'. Thank you.
19 Sep 12 UTC Spring, 2010: [Argentina]:Argentina is 'the Land of Lost Souls'. There aren't many left, but if you can can get your asses down here, we'll find you a villa.
19 Sep 12 UTC Spring, 2010: [Kenya]:Very funny
22 Sep 12 UTC Spring, 2011: [Quebec]:Is the Panama Canal exist int this game?
22 Sep 12 UTC Spring, 2011: [Argentina]:Through Central America. Straight on and turn right.
23 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Argentina]:Hello. I'd like to end this as quickly as I'm sure you would also.
24 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Western-Canada]:Goodbye cruel world!
24 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Quebec]:Me? Cruel?
25 Sep 12 UTC Spring, 2012: [Argentina]:And here was me thinking I was the craziest guy here.
28 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2012: [Quebec]:I am officially dead.
29 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Argentina]:I'd like to thank The Lord Duke of SA for being such an honorable opponent.
29 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Argentina]:Explanation: He could easily have reneged on our agreement and had a clear run to Brasilia, leaving mayhem in his wake and requiring ferrets to dig him out. He didn't.
We who wish to end this game before 21 Dec 2012 owe him a vote of thanks.
29 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Argentina]:Can we do this quickly and painlessly?
29 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Argentina]:I have to be, for an uncertain number of days, in another country; well, actually the same country, but there are customs, visas and sh*t involved. Figure it out if you wish.
I'd like to finish this asap.
30 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Argentina]:I'll be leaving on a trip in about an hour or so and will possibly have no internet access for some time. Have put in orders to conclude matters. Will vote Draw now, too. That should be that.
Thanks everyone for a good game.
30 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 2013: [Quebec]:My vote for a draw doesn't count!
