Autumn, 2007: [Brazil]:Well, I would hope, showing the quality of the gameplay by the big boys that they would agree to a draw should Africa nmr again. And arg, I think that means they've looked at the screen but didn't enter orders |
|
Autumn, 2007: [China]:thought it was the opposite.... i thought nmr meant they looked but didnt enter
Autumn, 2007: [Brazil]:no, nmr means they didn't look or enter. cd is that they nmr for two phases
Autumn, 2007: [China]:well..... now that we got that all cleared up. @quebec i would rethink that decision after you see what im building
Autumn, 2007: [China]:specially since im not going any further into europe and he is on his way to you
Autumn, 2007: [Brazil]:*buzzes in* what is china will build 3 fleets, alex.
Autumn, 2007: [Quebec]:Well Europe can retreat into Ghana land now :P Surprising they BOTH missed the turn... I will be holding up my shores, but i assumed china will now head towards SaF as he missed the turn... @China, ignore my fleet in siberan sea it's not after you... its more for supporting lines as i know no fleets are there and its protected. |
|
Autumn, 2007: [China]:even moreso if ghana comes back do you really think you can take even two of us combined? i have 7+ fleets at my disposal to both defend two nations i dont really need to the north and hit your pacific coast hard might wanna turn back now before you do something you are going to regret
Autumn, 2007: [China]:ahh ignore last post then
Autumn, 2007: [China]:DO NOT LOOK AT THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN
Autumn, 2007: [Quebec]:@Bra, Help you take rec and rest of your homes for fleet support on west and tex? I dont want mex...
Autumn, 2007: [Brazil]:Alright. Get me into Recife and you can have Texas.
Autumn, 2007: [China]:as far as that fleet goes i would ask that you remove it from threatening me but it can stay i suppose in one turn it wont matter since i will be able to protect that without worry
Autumn, 2007: [Ghana]:alrighty I have power again *insert smiley face*
Autumn, 2007: [China]:oh those blackouts....yeah
Autumn, 2007: [Ghana]:Clearly a black out and defiantly not some Halloween party :P
Autumn, 2007: [Argentina]:Happy Halfway, China! @SAf: You've got a pink-I problem. (In the Indian Ocean? Get it?) Can you afford a two-front war? Why not redeploy away from me and perhaps we can help each other. |
|
Autumn, 2007: [Argentina]:@Bra: I wasn't being devious. I assumed that I would be steady-state in terms of SCs (and would have been, with an active SAf.) You're welcome to Recife. @Bra and Que: Why reignite the American war? Que, you have great options in the north. Bra, you could be in convoys to Eur or Ghana this turn. Also, note that we'll probably see three pink fleets on our side of the Pac this year. Do you want my fleets bottled up against Bra, or out there on active recon? |
|
Autumn, 2007: [Europe]:If SAf doesn't come back in the next 5 hours, then Ghana, I think you may have to join in the fight against China. Race for the SCs and push in Asia.
Autumn, 2007: [Argentina]:@SAf and Gha: I forgot about the horrible US East Coast ice storms and the power outages. I hope you are okay in realspace.
Autumn, 2007: [Europe]:And I can assist you against the Americans, just let me know where you need the support.
Autumn, 2007: [Brazil]:@Europe, if South Africa doesn't come back, I don't think many of us will be pushing against Ghana, or looking to our east in general. Also, it is impossible for them to push into Asia. @Argentina - thanks. It will be a while before I build though, since I'll be wanting a fleet rather than an army, just a heads up |
|
Autumn, 2007: [China]:yeah lol i can kind of just sit back and let yous guys fight it out now i think im not actually going for saf at the moment cause he has given me no reason i am trying to get him out of the arabian sea though
Autumn, 2007: [China]:also @ europe you have two forces chomping at the bit to get you and i have already said im not advancing any further you are welcome to try me out but i think in the end if you dont trust my honesty you wont succeed very far
Autumn, 2007: [Argentina]:Let me announce that Lt. Col. Alegria Martinez of the Antarctic Tank Battalion has just been awarded our highest military honor for active-duty personnel, the Crimson Condor. Martinez has single-tankedly achieved our longstanding defense aims of an Argentina Fria composed of BAT, Pole and Len. Congratulations to Martinez and her heroic team of warmly-dressed warriors! Granted, Argentina Fria, while clearly an integral part of the ancestral homeland of the great Argentinian people, may be a wee bit difficult to hold . . . |
|
Autumn, 2007: [China]:also before we announce any kind of plans regarding saf remember we have a build phase before his next move
Autumn, 2007: [Argentina]:I expect SAf will be back. He or she has been very faithful so far . . .
Autumn, 2007: [China]:^ and dont worry folks he is probly gonna be pissed about me going to NWI so we will still have our blockade in effect
Autumn, 2007: [Quebec]:How did he still gain a build when he lost a centre LOL!! Hey Europe.. I'm still deciding my fate... I'm loyal to my word but this is now getting into a very big pickle on where to go!! I feel if i retreat my fleets, you will push your fleets out etc... I think we need to work together against China and force a draw... Obviously next year if saf doesn't come back he can convoy and take saf for free.... If you have ideas on how we can help each other I am all ears... because if we don't come to an arrangement I was considering some cool convoys... :P |
|
Autumn, 2007: [Quebec]:My fleets need to be majorly redistributed to fight off the 3 new ones china is bound to be building, so what ever you think!
Autumn, 2007: [China]:plus the four i dont need to fight Oz anymore
Autumn, 2007: [China]:or you could just do as i said before and peacefully coexist
Autumn, 2007: [Europe]:First off, SAf got a build because of the two retreats that auto-disbanded. :) As for the fleet concern even if I did start moving towards your home centers the most I could possibly take is New and Godthab; not really worth it before you could counter-attack. With the entire African region in question though, I hesitate to make any real plans until we know what's up there. |
|
Autumn, 2007: [China]:alls im saying is from a logistical standpoint its a bad idea to force me to go over there soon as i head that way im going to start rapidly growing and will then break into the atlantic controlling alll the world oceans has its advantages. yall can all band against me but its just as likely that with africa gone i can defend and counter most of you with my control of the pacific and the indian. as ive said before im willing to draw it seems that the smaller countries are not though so perhaps once the naysayers are eliminated we can do so
Autumn, 2007: [Argentina]:I'm totally willing to draw . . .
[Quebec]:So... Umm yeah... what's the GO with that!... all attack the centre powers? lol :\
[Europe]:By centre powers you mean African ones right? :)
[Ghana]:Drawing sounds fine, and in hine sight i was here, not that i missed my build phase was more looking to build fleets not armies
[Europe]:@ China I'll support Iran into Iq for support into Syr in the fall(if Ghana+SAf come back but don't want to draw.)
[Europe]:Okay then it's just SAf that's MIA. Hope nothing really bad happened to him.
[Argentina]:I'm assuming a draw, but just in case: @Bra: Perhaps move to NEP and Peru will take EP? Rec is clear for you. @Que: SM Salvador to WAO? All the best. The game has been entertaining. We had all four American powers for quite a long time. |
|
[Argentina]:My vote for: Single best move: China's stab of PR MVP: Ghana -- has achieved a good second place despite very little help from neighbors' CDs and NMRs. Runner-up: Europe -- rebounded from a slow start through careful alliance building. |
|
[Brazil]:@ Arg- sounds good. Moving to NEP.
[Europe]:I would add the closest friend award to Brazil for having two nations dedicated to the recovery of his centers from Argentina. :)
[Quebec]:Well, I'm doing some bizzare moves this go just for lols...
[Quebec]:It's been a good game, and I may or may not of been doing these moves normally :P
[Quebec]:@ Europe, I'm just gona say this once, Lets get CHINA!!!!! WOOOOOO :D |
|
[China]:lol sure you wanna do that?
[China]:whoa weird it just drew
[Quebec]:Yeah, Everyone had Draw except SaF who dropped out... I got an army on your shore :P Woooot :D |
