02 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2006: [China]:Sorry to see you go!
22 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2010: [China]:Builds don´t need gray check marks Quebec, let´s go eh?
22 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2011: [Quebec]:Sometimes they do.
26 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [China]:gg SA!
26 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [China]:I think we may have lost one...
26 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Ghana]:yep. It's a shame though
26 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [China]:yeah that´s always dumb. he´s pretty big though, maybe someone will pick Quebec up.
26 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Ghana]:probably, I would :)
27 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [China]:Welcome to the game LammeFrans!
27 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Ghana]:well, that was quick :)
29 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2012: [China]:I´m putting my foot in my mouth Quebec, I´m unclicking my ¨ready¨and leaving it a save because I may not be able to get to a computer for the next 36 hours. You were right, sometimes there IS a reason. Sorry to hold up the game a bit. I´ve been traveling through Mexico for the past few weeks and have been doing my best to make my moves but I´ve got stacked overnight buses after this. See you I hope before noon on the 30th!
29 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2012: [Quebec]:No problem!
29 Dec 10 UTC Spring, 2012: [Quebec]:Have a good journey.
30 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2012: [China]:Hah. I like how everyone was waiting to see if I´d make it. I did!
30 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2012: [China]:I had to take a taxi straight from the bus station to an internet cafe, but I made it.
30 Dec 10 UTC Autumn, 2012: [Near-East]:lol - now that is dedication
07 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 2014: [China]:go greeeeeeeeeeeeen all you are doing is destroying a unit right?
08 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Ghana]:Great, convoy orders makes Javascript go mad and the browser stuck...
08 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [China]:I think Ghana is doing a convoy everyone! Secret´s out!
08 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Ghana]:well, that's not a big secret! :)
09 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Ghana]:A note to Western-Canada & Quebec: I don't mind that you don't hit read in builds or retreats. It's annoying but I do that to once in a while, if it's 24h, it's 24h.

What I mind is that you are online when 2 or 1 hour is left to finish the turn and only enter the orders in the very last minute! It makes me stay online too to see if you are going to miss the turn and change my orders! arrgh :)
09 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Quebec]:lol@ghana, but we dont do that on purpose.

I only mark grey when I cannot come online.
09 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Ghana]:Marking grey I don't mind, I really think it's ok, if the game is 24h per turn then it's 24h per turn. Even if you mark grey just to annoy the others.
09 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [China]:Yeah I understand wanting to have the full 24 hours when you can´t get to a computer, but when it´s a build or retreat phase and you´re the only one holding the turn then why not click your retreat or build real quick and flip the turn and then make your moves right there while you´re still at the computer?

But yeah, ultimately it´s a 24hr game and you can hold out for every 24hr flip, I just get excited and want to make moves all the time. Hah
09 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Quebec]:I dont want to annoy anyone.
09 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Quebec]:@China: if you are playing more games at once you can make moves whole the time ;)
10 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [China]:Hah. Too true. As I´ve said, I´m currently traveling through Mexico so I generally have only had once a day to get to a computer so I like to have more than a build to do. It´s all good though. I´m enjoying this game a lot and the current Canada against the world challenge has proved a lot more difficult than I feel it should be! You two are really giving us a hard time, it makes the game interesting.
10 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [China]:I would point to Western Canada´s being on 8 minutes ago and staying at a gray check mark when the rest of us are green as an example of slowing the game down, but our top 1% player is in 13 different games so I can´t really blame him for not wanting to flip this map :)
10 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Ghana]:China, you are travelling trough mexico! That should be enough to entertain you! :)
10 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Western-Canada]:If the game is 1day phase, I can use as a way to not become CD.
If you want faster games, join faster games!
20 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 2017: [China]:Let there be stripes!
26 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2018: [Western-Canada]:great timing for NE do leave the game...
27 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2018: [China]:My hats off to you and Quebec for such a valiant defense Western-Canada. You and I have been at it for most of the game and you're still around! I'm glad you didn't just leave the game like Near East when you realized that your chance of victory was gone.
27 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2018: [Quebec]:Thanks for the compliments. Of course we are fighting for it.

I'm away this weekend. Is it possible to pause this game within 24 hours until sunday night?
27 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2018: [Quebec]:I started a round of voting. Please vote Pause.
28 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2018: [Quebec]:Please pause.
28 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2018: [Quebec]:I would really appreciate it. I'm off now.
28 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2018: [Western-Canada]:I pressed pause.
I think it's shows very lack of fair play to not to pause the game.
28 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2018: [China]:I've worked too hard on this map to run the risk of pausing and having it never get unpaused. If Quebec's missing a turn would turn the tide of the game, then I'd consider it, but it won't. Also, I'm sure that it's possible to get to a computer wherever he's traveling to. I just returned from a two month trip and I managed to make my moves every round.
29 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2018: [Western-Canada]:that's lack of fair play.
work too hard on the map? that makes me laugh!
The game won't be canceled.

I know what I call this: WIN AT ALL COST!
And that's very ugly!
29 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2018: [China]:Sorry to see you're a sore loser Silver Wolf. I'd have expected more out of such a ranked player. And yes, it's taken a lot of time and strategy and communicating with other players for Ghana and I to have gotten to where we are. We didn't just "accidentally" form an alliance and out maneuver other players. The chat box between myself and Ghana is full from only back to January 22nd. My chat box with you goes all the way back to November 12th and it's mostly from me. You've made prudent moves, but this game is just as much about talking as it is about making your moves. So far as "win at all costs" is concerned, like I said, the outcome of this game is not going to be affected by Quebec missing one turn. This game has been going on for two and a half months and I'm not willing to risk putting the power of freezing the game into the hands of the two lowest players, I'm sorry.
29 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 2018: [Western-Canada]:Sore loser? LOL
I know I will lose, I'm not even asking for a pause for myself.

Grow up and get a life!
30 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 2019: [Quebec]:@China: you disappoint me.
30 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 2019: [Quebec]:@Western Canada and Ghana: thanks for your support.
31 Jan 11 UTC [China]:@Quebec: I did nothing against you or Western Canada that would have been changed by you making your moves.
31 Jan 11 UTC [Western-Canada]:You are back 100%?
31 Jan 11 UTC [Quebec]:Yep.
01 Feb 11 UTC [Quebec]:Congrats to China! Well taken.
01 Feb 11 UTC [China]:Oh weird, I thought you needed 45. Thanks for a great game guys!!!
01 Feb 11 UTC [Ghana]:game over. Good game to all. It was a nice game even if I picked ghana at the middle of the game :)
