29 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 1901: Hey! New countries! :)

Good luck!
29 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 1901: Finally!
29 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: Phew, I'm very glad Ber-Mun worked. Without it I'd be done for
29 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1904: I should have double supported Munich. It was stupid to try and grab Holland this early on.
29 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1904: Oh no! Kiel misorder?

But yeah, there's a big balancing act between getting centres on the main line, keeping building. There's a lot of cost-benefit to think about.
29 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 1905: For a sec, I thought that I could easily win the game. But some subtle mistakes had huge impact on the game.
29 Sep 20 UTC So for a brief post-mortum:

You guessing right to cover Mar in A1902 gave you a decent advantage. I was not liking the board at that point. It meant that I was no longer in a position to be able to hold anything in Germany long-term, unless I got really lucky.
At that point, I went for a rush strategy, to take all the centres as fast as possible, before you have the time to take and secure the critical centres on the line. I assumed that I would need to take and hold Norway for my 18th, though, which is tricky to hold, but I knew I could abandon Germany if need be. If you did recognise the danger fast enough, I'd be able to hold it long enough.

But yeah, you made some critical errors in A1903. Once my A1903 moves were in, you had only two years to secure all but one of Tun, Mun, Ber, Nwy, & St.P. I thought there was a 50/50 on whether I'd keep one of Ber/Mun that year, but that I'd likely lose both in the long term. You're right that going for Holland resulted in an inability to knock me out, however. I also expected MAO-WMed/NAf, and GoL-TyrS, so I thought I'd lose Tunis for sure.

But in order for you to take Tunis, you need fleets in NAf, WMed, & GoL, typically. In the spring, when you went to Tus, you lost any ability to contest Tunis in time.
I think you made the right call on going to Den, however—it was the only way to take Nwy, which was one of many centres you needed to take back.

But yeah, overall, it was too late. It's honestly shocking how fast Austria can pick up all 17 centres on their side of the line.
30 Sep 20 UTC Good game!
