Autumn, 1907: I am going away until sunday morning, would you guys please accept a pause
Autumn, 1907: That would be fine with me.
Autumn, 1907: Hope it's a good time. talk sunday
Autumn, 1907: im back, thanks
Autumn, 1909: Hello all, I would like to propose a draw to a game well fought on all sides. Are we agreed on peace?
Autumn, 1910: I will be out of contact for the remainder of this phase, attending the funeral of a family friend. No pause is needed, as I will be back shortly after the next phase begins.
Autumn, 1911: i will be leaving on friday for 2 weeks, i hope this game will be over by then because i do not want to make you guys wait that long with a pause
Autumn, 1911: The only way I can see this game ending by Friday is is Germany and I accept the proposed draw. However, given how well our campaign is going in north and south, I do not think that in good conscience we can accept that outcome just yet. I would rather wait two weeks to continue than to allow a game to draw that we could win.
Autumn, 1911: if you are willing to wait by all means pause, thanks
Spring, 1912: Two weeks is drawing close. Make sure to let us know when you get back so we can unpause. I'm anxious to get back to the action.
Spring, 1912: It's not a lot of fun getting beat however he will return. You two play well and I'm sure we'll honour the game. Hang in there.
Spring, 1912: Might I suggest that those of use who are present vote to unpause, so that when Austria returns his will the the only vote require to get us rolling again?
Spring, 1912: im back, thanks a lot guys
Spring, 1912: No problem. Hope you had a good time wherever you were.
Spring, 1912: good to have you back
Spring, 1913: Im sorry i messed... Something has come up. Family issues. Please pause
Spring, 1913: No problem. I hope everything is okay.
Spring, 1913: No worries, hope all gets well.
Autumn, 1913: @Austria - Did you miss the message about pausing or are you just refusing to do so?
Autumn, 1913: oh im sorry, i will pause
Autumn, 1913: No problem. Germany had already put in his "retreat" order. I just wanted to check before the next phase passed. If all else failed, I could have supported Germany well enough to keep you from advancing any further. But that would not give him the opportunity to retake Berlin before the Fall. Not sure he can, but he at least deserves the chance.
Autumn, 1913: @Germany - Again. Hope everything works out well. Our thoughts are with you as you deal with the issues that have come up. @everyone else - As we did with the last pause, we could all vote now to unpause and Germany can cast his vote once he returns. That'll get the game rolling ASAP once Germany returns. |
|
Autumn, 1913: Hey all! I am back. Thanks for the pause. It was very considerate of you and I thank you for it. Once again, sorry for the missed turn. Lat friday was a crazy one but everything is alright now. Thank you for the thoughts and prayers. They were much appreciated. |
|
Good game to all of you. I hope to find myself playing with such valiant opponents again. -III- |
|
I would like to thank germany for handing france the game on a silver platter
@Austria - Come now. That's not really called for. You have left many of your supply centers vulnerable to Russia. What Germany did was no different. Like any other player he deserves respect for a game well played.
i would have played with russia to the end, whatever though, well played france
Good game france, You played us not like a fiddle but a whole string section. I am in awe and have learned valuable tactics Thanks. Aus, You are an excellent tenacious player and I hope we cross again although not as direct enemies. Germany , tough game and position. Hey, you survived. We will still look for a way to thwart france but if not ,,, It's been fun., all!
I agree with Russia. Austria, you are indeed an excellent and tenacious player. I hope to find myself in more games with you, maybe even as an ally. Russia. I wouldn't jump straight to 'in awe' but I thank you for the compliment. You also played well. I'm going to have to look at you and Austria's campaign against Turkey carefully. It was well executed. Would be fun to discuss this game further: hear what was going on from all angles. That's the one thing webDip lacks from face-to-face. Oh, well. |
