11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: The point is an 'if'. Someone might not care enough to vote on the matter
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: I vote nay. The goal of this game is continental domination, don't see why one should be outright punished by the rest of the players for trying to pursue that goal. We reserve the right to work with and against anyone we'd like, as that is how the game is played, but a game wide decision to punish a player for playing the game seems ridiculous to me.
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: Like rational people who think that it's odd that someone made a council to help someone who backstabbed someone else, provoked by an alliance that was made to destroy a country? Under the ruse of making a UN type of thing, where they are supposed to help someone else, but really just getting rid of their competitors? When something like this is never done?
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: Thank you, UK
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: We are aware of your opinion, Russia
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: The vote stands at 3 "yay" 2 "nay". We await Italy's and Germany's response.
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: Oh, and we have to do this in the next 6 hours or the turn expires
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: No, we can just wait. Then the resolution will go into effect in the next turn.
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: Germany was notified and will move soon
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: I agree with England... this game is about domination
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: No need for consequences
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: Does that mean Turkey wants to change his vote?
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: But, you will make an excuse about me moving into peaceful territories
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: Prove me wrong
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: Caleb. You're getting what you want. Let it go.
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: He, hasn't stated that he wants to change his vote
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: no comma
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: The ICUP will interpret that as a vote change. the votes are now 2 3 "nay"
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: But okay, I'll move out
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: For you, Austria
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: But I'm keeping Vienna

11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: He gets Budapest back
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: done
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: I did not change my vote, I just stated that Caleb should not have to do anything that the vote decides and there should be no consequences to that
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: Well, I'm leaving Budapest anyway
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: This is true. the vote stands 3 "yay" 2 "nay"
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: The conflict has been resolved between Russia and Turkey. The vote has been terminated.
11 May 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: ICUP votes are no longer required for the Russo-Tukish Balkan conflict! Let peace prevail!
