24 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2003: I do. I'll be holding out until you take it.
24 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2003: You'll be waiting a long time.
24 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2003: That's alright. I don't plan on quitting Diplomacy anytime soon.
26 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2004: This map and all the moves are making me cross eyed
26 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2004: Well done alliance of the 5 Nations
26 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2004: Hey Germany, Maybe I'm bad at math but you have one less SC than you did a turn ago.
26 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2004: Hey Turkey, this is Draw-Sized Scoring. Maybe I'm bad at math but it doesn't matter how many centers I have, what matters is how big the draw is.
26 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2004: Oooooo
26 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2004: That's cool. You've proven to be a terrible tactician so we will just keep whittling away. Gonna take don from you next btw. Thought I would give you a heads up because up because you cant stop it.
26 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2004: Why the toxicity? Of course I'm going to get pushed back, it's all of you with 36 centers against me with 28 (accounting for Austria). No tactical genius could save Austria. Sure, had I played optimally I could have pulled off a solo, but nobody plays optimally.

If I'm a terrible tactician, what does that make you? You've got a positive rate of 27%, mine's 68%.
26 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2004: Ya'll better watch out, 'cause I'm about to swoop in and get this solo right now.
26 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2004: If anything that proves my point. People hate playing against me.
26 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2004: And lets be real, if you were playing optimally, you would draw now rather than hold out and draw the game out for days more for a few extra imaginary points.
26 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2004: Don't act like we both aren't making the game go on longer. I'm willing to be stubborn, because what I'm asking for is trivial. Yeah, it gets me more imaginary points, but I'd rather get more of those than less.
27 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2004: Yea. 3 points is really worth it.
27 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2004: Germany, just end the game.
27 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2004: I thought I couldn't stop you from taking Donetsk? Take Odessa and I'll draw.
27 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2004: Never said when I would have don by.
27 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2004: Also I wont be taking ode. So you might as well draw.
27 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2004: Wed 03 PM Autumn, 2003: You realize you can never take ode right?
Wed 05 PM Autumn, 2003: I do. I'll be holding out until you take it.
Wed 05 PM Autumn, 2003: You'll be waiting a long time.

Turns out Spain is right. We'll all be waiting a long time.
28 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2004: So be it.
28 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2005: You will be
28 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2005: If I owned a spice store, you could say all I have is thyme
28 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2005: Yeah, and when you have female staff the are called: spice girls
28 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 2005: Did ya’ll know they had a great single called: Wasting my time? Would be great if we all could listen to that in the endless time that lies ahead
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: Germany... come out and draw...
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: It's not going to happen. I'll wait as long as necessary until you get tired of putting in orders and finally NMR, so a more sensible person can join and take Odessa. Then, we can finally get this over with.
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: Are you at least willing to ready orders so we can see how far into the future we get before that happens? Let's get to 2019!
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: Tick Tock Germany.
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: DAWN OF THE FIRST DAY
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: I'll take as long as I want to, I have the full 24 hours. How far we get in game doesn't matter- it's only a matter of time before you take Odessa or leave.
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: I can just imagine you slamming a door as you’re typing that
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: I hit send the moment the door slammed shut.
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: Ok I haven't said anything here yet. So allow me to comment now. If the stalemate line we have here holds for 2 years and no SCs are being won we can call a Moderator to draw it. I get your frustration with Ukraine but it is our decision to keep them in the draw - there is some sense of comradeship south of the stalemate line. Counting on players missing moves or be replaced does not give justice to the admittedly great game you played here so far Germany.
I'm not mad or annoyed if you keep on playing - that is your right. But in a few moves it is over nonetheless.
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: *do justice
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: OH man Egypt! You ruined the suprise we had for germany revealing that! Was just gonna troll him for 2 days and get the draw anyway. Sorry Germany. Better luck next time.
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: Also I should mention we are already 2 turns into the 4 turns we need with no changes in stalemate or SCs. So you might as well draw, Germany.

Feel free to confirm with a mod first, though.
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: It makes me sad that we are this far in how we treat each other. Where is the love? Imagine all the people... we will all go down together
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: Instead of another one bites the dust hey hey
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: Germany feeds on negativity and assumed apathy or a bullish attitude would give him what he needs. He will find neither here.
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: An eye for an eye
29 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 2005: spain can you ready orders so we can get this over with since germany doesnt seem to want to just draw.
29 Jul 19 UTC Germany. Just draw, dude.
29 Jul 19 UTC Germany just retreated from belgium, we’ve got him on the run
29 Jul 19 UTC This will be the last turn and then we get the draw from the mods. Sorry Germany. You are the weakest link.
30 Jul 19 UTC "Autumn, 2005: Germany feeds on negativity and assumed apathy or a bullish attitude would give him what he needs. He will find neither here."

That's ironic, coming from you. Here's a few of your quotes.

Spring, 2004: That's cool. You've proven to be a terrible tactician so we will just keep whittling away.

Autumn, 2005: OH man Egypt! You ruined the suprise we had for germany revealing that! Was just gonna troll him for 2 days and get the draw anyway. Sorry Germany. Better luck next time.

Being forced by the mods to draw isn't some "trump card" you have, it's just a measure put in to stop games from going on forever. Each of us just as stubborn for refusing to do what the other wanted. It seems you find it necessary to insult me and purposely join other games to tell them about how awful I am. Either you're just a generally angry person, or this is some case of misdirected anger. Whatever it is, I hope things start going better for you.

And if you want to take me drawing as some grand personal victory, go ahead :)
30 Jul 19 UTC The thing youre missing is that WE weren't being stubborn. We were being realistic with what the outcome was going to be. As for my joining the other game, that was really just to goad you into drawing ASAP which worked.

Now that its over I bare no ill will towards you and wont let this game carry forward in any interactions we may have in future games. Best of luck, Germany.
30 Jul 19 UTC Yay, we’re all winners!
30 Jul 19 UTC Woop woop
30 Jul 19 UTC Congratulations everyone!
