24 Apr 19 UTC Autumn, 1906: Gg
29 Apr 19 UTC Autumn, 1908: Hi. New hapoy Kamikaze pilot here playing Austria.
29 Apr 19 UTC Autumn, 1908: Hey at least you'll go down fighting
04 May 19 UTC Autumn, 1910: I still think we should draw as for a solo to happen we will have to go through a slow and boring fight.
04 May 19 UTC Autumn, 1910: Nah, he can already force the Ionian sea
05 May 19 UTC Spring, 1911: I've made a couple of mistakes as part of disguising my attempt and in that build, but I think I can get the two scs I need reasonably quickly. Obviously I won't outline my strategy now. If I get bogged down I will vote for a Draw. I've been playing for a solo since my decision to attack France very early in the game. It's very selfish and very unfair for the player with Germany. My last solo win was several years ago. Since that last win I've given up several opportunities to get a solo win and agreed to draws. Also been in similar positions to that of the player with Germany numerous times & been done over badly & had several dummy spits. So when I returned to WebDiplomacy I determined to be a bit more ruthless in these situations.
05 May 19 UTC Spring, 1911: My orders for this move are finalised
08 May 19 UTC Autumn, 1912: I'm not the one slowing this down. My orders have been finalised for 12 hours (yet again, as has been the case for several moves)
08 May 19 UTC Autumn, 1912: Well if you count you attacking us and the fact that this game could've been over already then yes you are slowing this down.
08 May 19 UTC Autumn, 1912: Bruh, the game couldve been over minute 1 if all 7 players voted draw so shut up and finish the game
08 May 19 UTC Spring, 1913: Settle down children, only one more sc to capture. The player with Germany is entitled to play his best defense & I'm permitted to try for a solo win. My orders finalised promptly again.
08 May 19 UTC Spring, 1913: Although at this point there’s no defense that could save me
08 May 19 UTC Spring, 1913: That is probably correct, but you are perfectly entitled to play a good defense. I have no problem with you doing your best to delay my attack with a good defense. I was simply suggesting that with only three active players we should be able to get quicker moves by finalising orders promptly.
09 May 19 UTC Spring, 1913: Hey England Gg and enjoy your solo
09 May 19 UTC Let’s get this over with, shall we?
10 May 19 UTC Yes, I should capture 18th sc this move, and I've finalised my orders whilst drinking first mug of tea for today. It's a straight forward attack on Denmark with two support moves. No fancy play for a 19 or 20 sc win that would take longer to achieve... invading via Prussia etc.
10 May 19 UTC Good to know. Still moving to cover that. Turkey, just waiting on you then?
10 May 19 UTC Good game all
10 May 19 UTC Yes I figured that you would have prevented an invasion easily. Thanks to all players, and hoorah, I've got past 13 solo wins to have (a hardly impressive) 14 after at least two years of languishing on the unlucky 13. England is my favourite country to play so I am most happy. Big thanks to Pleiades for his calm response to a backstabbing by me. I'm thinking that Pleiades will rise quickly up the rankings in this caper. I would also thank the newer players to WebDiplomacy and encourage them to continue playing. Whilst it is a form of Metagaming to allow what occurred in this game to influence what we might do in future games, let me encourage the newer players to extract some revenge and kick my arse in a future game, if that is in the best interests of the country you have in a future game. Or if it's in the best interests of the country you have in a future game make alliances with me. ( and then kick my arse to get a solo win yourself)
10 May 19 UTC that's a giant paragraph and I gotta read it
