25 Mar 19 UTC Spring, 1907: i do agree that turkey was screwed by this outcome in the short term, however, if Italy's intentions were what he said they were for a few years now. I doubt it would have mattered much. The likely 3way that this will end up is how it would have ended up regardless of previous austria
25 Mar 19 UTC Spring, 1907: Why would I have hit cancel? I sincerely doubt Austria CD'ing would have had much impact on the overall outcome of this game.
25 Mar 19 UTC Spring, 1907: And no need to pause if there is a new austria
25 Mar 19 UTC Spring, 1907: I agree with Turkey that it had at least a shortterm impact. Turkey and Austria would have been able to keep me at a distance a bit more. But I agree that the endgame would have looked the same if England would not suddenly have stabbed me, which they never tried even when they got a window.
25 Mar 19 UTC Spring, 1907: Well, you still have the opportunity to shake things up in your favor, with a new face to this game! Open mindset.
26 Mar 19 UTC Spring, 1907: Yea I am not stabbing. 3way draw in a 101 point game is optimal for me
26 Mar 19 UTC Spring, 1907: Think about it though, 707 coins all to yourself. Wow, that sounds amazing, don't you think?
26 Mar 19 UTC Spring, 1907: To be honest, I think Austria and I had a decent chance of pushing Russia into disbands enough to convince England to stab in the north

But we will never know

Personally I have too much integrity to take point under such circumstances. I’d have more solos if I didn’t thats for sure
27 Mar 19 UTC Spring, 1907: If anyone wants to send me press, let me know... it's silent over here
27 Mar 19 UTC Spring, 1907: We all just waiting for the ready ups :)
29 Mar 19 UTC Autumn, 1907: Clearly you were eager for ready ups yes.
29 Mar 19 UTC Autumn, 1907: Noooo, an English stab? shocker
29 Mar 19 UTC Autumn, 1907: Sorry boys had to take a shot likely will not go far.
30 Mar 19 UTC Autumn, 1907: Noooo, France got defeated? shocker
30 Mar 19 UTC Autumn, 1907: *Germany betrays France*
*France no longer trusts Germany and does not side with him*
*France ultimately conquered by other powers anyway*

Germany: "HahA WhY diDn'T yoU aLly wiTh mE, idIoT!?"
30 Mar 19 UTC Autumn, 1907: France, you should have worked with me and we would have made a great partnership
30 Mar 19 UTC Autumn, 1907: psst, Austria, for this, France will be mocking you too.
03 Apr 19 UTC Spring, 1908: They did you dirty austria
03 Apr 19 UTC Spring, 1908: You are the one to speak:-)
03 Apr 19 UTC Spring, 1908: If it weren’t for you this could have been a simple and nice five way draw....:-)
03 Apr 19 UTC Spring, 1908: Lolol
03 Apr 19 UTC Spring, 1908: England, I was actually super happy that you were going for the solo because I thought I was getting my big break... The Austrian-Turkish Alliance would survive forever, but ah well.

Usually, I would be mad, but I'm not. I earned 400 points yesterday, so this one doesn't nearly bother me so much.

England, put your draw vote up right now please thanks (but it was never a 5WD. I was never a part of it)
03 Apr 19 UTC Spring, 1908: I know Austria: sorry for that. Turkey is imo one of the more quickly adaptable and better players I have seen. And that is your and England’s loss.

My draw vote will be in after Austria is gone. Btw: congrats on the 400 points!
03 Apr 19 UTC Spring, 1908: My draw will be up relatively soon. Let’s just get those ready ups in!
05 Apr 19 UTC Spring, 1908: Fine, I will ready up.
05 Apr 19 UTC GG all!
05 Apr 19 UTC GG Austria! Thanks for joining!
06 Apr 19 UTC Gg!
07 Apr 19 UTC Draw time?
07 Apr 19 UTC My vote is in!
07 Apr 19 UTC Mine is in as well, which means that - I guess - England’s isn’t
07 Apr 19 UTC Gg gents!!
07 Apr 19 UTC My draw is in
07 Apr 19 UTC Who didn’t draw?
07 Apr 19 UTC Me
07 Apr 19 UTC Good joke England: unless Turkey wouldn’t have drawn yet (as he hasn’t explicitly confirmed) I wouldn’t believe for a second it is not you.
07 Apr 19 UTC Wait we're drawing? my vote isn't in, Germany we need to both vote draw!!
07 Apr 19 UTC I'm afraid we don't have a say here, Austria. My 'me' was a joke.
07 Apr 19 UTC Mine is up.
07 Apr 19 UTC I am aware, Germany, unfortunately.
07 Apr 19 UTC I’ll point out tha Italy and I have all the units needed to establish the stalemate line in the Med and we are closer to position than England. Similarly Italy and Russia are in position with enough units as well. Even with both having disbands from St P and Marseilles respectively that remains true.

I don’t see any way you get past 17
08 Apr 19 UTC I agree with that assessment. Which is why I have actually drawn. If I had stones and moved my unit from MAO to west end I think I would have had a shot. But yea I have my draw up. I can get st Pete’s, and maybe push enough to get marseilles, but lucky number 18 is not a possibility in my view. Plus with the fact that we aren’t readying up at all I’m done wasting time fighting for a likely 4way haha
08 Apr 19 UTC Austria disappearing killed my shot at the solo.
08 Apr 19 UTC My bad. The new format made me think my draw vote was up. I thought I’d withdraw it and revote, which worked.

Gotta day this was a really high caliber group. Many thanks for the nail biting excitement
08 Apr 19 UTC gg all! Thanks for letting me sit in.

I did nothing, but I gave it my best shot. It is refreshing to see some familiar faces though.
08 Apr 19 UTC As much as I hate you all for having stolen my hard-earned money, I wouldn't mind if the creator of Victoria-5 made its sixth reiteration, and invited all of you, shameless thieves, and myself.
08 Apr 19 UTC Szpoti, do I get an invite?
08 Apr 19 UTC Since we don’t know who the original Austria was, I’d imagine so. If we did I suspect he wouldn’t get an invite anyway
08 Apr 19 UTC Second that:-) Thanks all for playing. It dragged out a bit in the end but it was really good fun and tactically strong gaming.
08 Apr 19 UTC Special thanks to England for a long and strong alliance, to Turkey for our endless dance back and forth, and to Italy for helping getting rid of old Austria and reacting immediately against England.

Apologies to Germany for not having had the opportunity to actually work together and to new Austria for the same reasons.
