16 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1901: Good day everyone, i wish everyone a lot of fun and luck.
16 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1901: I joined as last player, anyone else has already orders locked? Guess i will find out if i lock my orders just in a minute.
16 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1901: Nah you're good
26 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1904: Lol what a horrendous game for me...
26 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1904: To be fair, an early French assault on Italy is pretty rare. Can't blame you for not expecting it.
29 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1904: Thanks all ... even tho i got no foot on the earth this time!
06 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: My draw vote is up
06 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: LOL
06 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: The English and the French are at it, man; ancient feud there :P
08 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Would we be able to pause the game for 24 hours? I'm on an international flight starting in like four hours, and I'm not sure I'll be able to get to orders until I land. Please and Thanks gents!
08 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Fine with me
08 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Sure thing
10 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: International travels, eh? Exciting! Where’d you go?
11 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Just started the unpause vote,! Thanks everyone. And I’m in Singapore for a few days
11 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: For work unfortunately so nothing too exciting
11 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: I didn't vote for pause, so i guess i don't have to vote for unpause either (?)
11 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: :-)
12 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Anyone else finds it nerving to have a paused game in his list where you are already eliminated? Come on Germany, what about continuing the game?
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: ...game held at draw-hostage? All vote to draw to end it now, or we may be waiting forever with a paused game
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: well...at least I didn't NMR on my Trip :D
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Nope Turkey ... after a while you contact a moderator and he will most likely unpause the game and additionally eventually warn germany to not abuse this feature in the way he does.
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Lucky, France; my reliability score thing is around 85 because no one would pause for my games a few years ago. haven't missed a turn since, but you can't make up the lost turns :P
I'm hesitant to contact the Mods... they're overworked as it is, and there are many forum posts complaining about how too many people cry to the mods over anything from missed turns to "mean communication"... but I suppose we could try to send a note if this takes too much longer
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: I'd prefer a draw to a long pause as well: in three weeks I have a very busy period where I really don't want to be in a diplomacy game.
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: I guess I can settle for a draw
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Russia, would you know how to contact the mods? is there a faster/better way than leaving a note in the forums? If everyone else is here and willing, we may as well try to finish soon
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Help: Email the moderators at webdipmod@gmail.com
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: I'm pretty sure in the forum they'll just tell you to email them anyway
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: also someone +1 Russia for responding to the game messages after defeat. quality gent right there
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Indeed
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Moderator: (Claesar): We're not overworked, please email webdipmod@gmail.com next time you need us ;-)
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: I think it's time for a draw. Both Turkey and England are solo threats at this point.
13 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Btw, I wasn't trying to pull a draw hostage. I just hadn't checked the game for awhile since it was on pause.
16 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1908: (Sorry to anyone I've not replied to-- I'm in the midst of an international flight and have been using the retreat phase as a sort of pause. I should write back shortly.)
16 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1908: Wow, this game's players are surprisingly well-traveled. Haven't encountered this before! Where is everyone going?
16 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1908: Work-related: I need to spend all today flying hop-skip so that I can talk to some people in a nice small Canadian city for thirty minutes on Saturday. Then I get to spend Sunday flying back.
17 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1908: Lucky you!
Be safe
19 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1908: Good game guys! You all played spectacular.
20 Nov 18 UTC It's been a good fight. I'm good for a draw if you all are, but we can fight it out further if anyone wants to
20 Nov 18 UTC Honestly, me too. Great fun, dudes!
20 Nov 18 UTC great game everyone! well played
