10 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Hello!
10 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: here we go again!
10 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Alright, now is when you make your first major choice - whether or not to quickly build a second fleet. From our previous games, have you formed an opinion?
11 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: I’ve never not built one
11 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: So no
11 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Maybe I should skip it and build an army just so I can have an opinion
11 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: I think building a second fleet can come in 1903 without an issue. It's easier to fight for Berlin than Tunis, in my opinion. If you build armies, you should build on in Vienna for sure. You can build in Trieste if you want an army to block Piedmont and/or take rome, but you can build in bud if you going straigaht up to warsaw and will use vienna to fight for munich. I don't think there's a concensus on what's the better build.
11 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1902: so I move move to both Munich and Piedmont this turn, I force you to make your own choice about whether to bounce me out of piedmont or munich using Tyrolia. I'm straight-up telling you: that's how I'm moving. So you have to decide which one you'd rather bounce. It's entirely a question of valuation.
13 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1902: There's so much guessing on this already
13 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1902: It's so fun
13 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1902: Yeah! I told you there’s really something to 1v1. I think you will keep learning a lot while trying to beat me.
13 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1902: YES I guessed right
13 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1902: Why’d you let me into Munich though?
14 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1902: I thought I’d get into Tyrolia and it would be a turn later that I would push you out of Munich
15 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1903: I should have built a fleet
15 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1903: you can do okay without a fleet until 1903. you don't need tunis to win, and actually tunis is probably the most difficult to get in my opinion. Ionian sea can be defended with just 2 fleets
15 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1903: But one of my armies is useless
15 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1903: what makes you say that? I don't see that at all
15 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1903: I can support myself to Tyrolia, move to Galicia, but I have to move to Rumania since there’s nothing else to do
15 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1903: If you had a fleet in Trieste, you would be all-but-certain to move that fleet to Albania. But because you have an army, you probably will move to Venice or make a supported move into Tyrolia, and you could, if you wanted, move to Serbia and then to Bulgaria to start mopping up the other centers so that you can win with Munich + STP before I can push you out of STP.
It's not at all useless to have built an army in Trieste.
15 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1903: Oh yeah, true!
15 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1903: If you only got two builds and couldn’t build in Paris life would be way easier :D
18 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1904: I should have moved that to Galicia
18 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1904: Hm, which unit?
18 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1904: Oh, I meant Galicia to Silesia
18 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1904: Oh - probably. I would have been able to push you would of Munich either way because Piedmont could cut support coming form Tyrolia. So if you intended to have Munich, your counter-play to my moves last turn is more complex.
You needed to have moved Galicia to SIlesia, AND have moved Venice to Piedmont Supported by Tyrolia. Only then would you have been able to keep Munich.
18 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1904: Then I would have lost Tunis
18 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1904: You usually have to win without Tunis, so Munich is in my opinion of higher value
20 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1904: The tide is turning. My control of Munich is a big deal, and I’m slowly getting the power to roll you back before you can get to 18. I was able to mess you up in Italy.
28 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: So I think this game is essentially over now. You can hold me at 17 but only until I roll you out of StP. You can’t get Berlin, Munich or Tunis.
28 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: Should I make another one?
28 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: Btw which song is this one from
28 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: I don’t remeber exactly but maybe one of the rap battle

Yeah you can go ahead and make another one. You did much better this game and I think you can defeat me, but I still want you to beat me at least once before we move to the next thing.
28 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: Why are you moving everything back?
29 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: I have a stalemate position. There is no reason to cross through into your territory only to get armies blown up and stuff. With the positions that I have, you can’t ever take any of my centers. Period. And I will eventually take STP and win.

This is an idea I’ve been trying to teach you a lot about. Try to talk it through with me.
29 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: So after you’ve reached the stalemate line, there’s really no point in going further because you have enough centers and you can’t lose any ground
29 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: If you control chokepoints etc, you’re good to go
29 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: That’s right. Advancing past a winning position is foolish because it risks the possibility of a tactical error in return for nothing.
31 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1907: Aw you got your orders in :(
31 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1907: You were so close to NMRing
31 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1907: I am pretty good at avoiding such things if you look at my user profile
31 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1907: Lol
31 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1907: Why can you only see your breakdown and not anyone else’s?
31 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1907: What do you mean? MAybe I’ve forgotten because I’m a mod but I think you can see
31 Oct 18 UTC I can only see my reliability breakdown and not anyone else’s
31 Oct 18 UTC I love how your points count is exactly 10000
31 Oct 18 UTC Me too lol
