01 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1905: Build in Bud can be OK. But then it can be rather important to block Mar-Pie using Tyrolia. Of course that lets me in to Munich, which can cause other worries.
You did hurt me pretty good though by blocking my move to Munich, which stranded the army in Paris, and made it so I got just two builds. That really hurt. I had to guess correctly later (the Vevice move) to make up for that.
