Mon 08 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: I'ts possible that germany is still here and just elects to hold.
Mon 08 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: If Germany does come back during a phase and becomes active by opening the game then that removes his missing a phase title but not certain
Mon 08 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: No they have to ready their orders
Mon 08 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: It shows Germany holding and disbanding
Tue 09 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: NMR always shows as all-hold for movement, disband instead of retreat, and disband by some standard distance-related algorithm when needed during the build phase. In the order history, Germany's all-hold orders look identical to the all-hold orders placed by Spain, Egypt, and Russia when they went CD.
Wed 10 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: And now wait for Germany again
Wed 10 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: Has anyone asked the Mods about what's going on here?
Wed 10 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: Nope
Thu 11 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: We could all work together to defeat Germany, then Draw. It would be hard for Egypt to outlast Germany at this rate, and I'm not about to change my moves in the game in anticipation of this Draw just in case. But if everybody agrees to it in Public press, then we could pull it off.
Fri 12 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: Yeah. We should start again under more favorable conditions.
We would need EVERY NEIGHBOR of Germany to agree to a cessation of hostilities. As in no more attacking active players.

Fri 12 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: Do you mean start from scratch?
Fri 12 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: Yeah I'm down to attack Germany and get rid of him since he's MIA. Hopefully everyone that agrees holds up to it and if they dont we should all agree to destroy that country as well
Fri 12 Oct UTC Spring, 1998: Or we all vote draw or cancel
Fri 09 PM UTC Spring, 1998: agreed
Sat 04 AM UTC Spring, 1998: To be clear, I'm not suggesting that we gang up on Germany, then continue the game. That would mix the game and the metagame, and there will be temptation to jockey for position while taking out Germany, possible jeopardizing the entire operation.

I'm suggesting it because (if I'm not mistaken) we can't Cancel (or Draw) without Germany's vote, as long as Germany is still in the game. And if we wait until Germany is defeated naturally, then at least Egypt, and perhaps Spain or others, will probably be gone first.
Sat 04 AM UTC Spring, 1998: Or write webdipmod@gmail.com and at least figure out why Germany isn't going CD.
Sat 09 AM UTC Spring, 1998: Everyone is to lazy to write to the mods lol
Sun 02 AM UTC Spring, 1998: Including you
Sun 09 AM UTC Spring, 1998: Yes most definitely, I was hoping someone else would do it
Sun 08 PM UTC Spring, 1998: So what’s the plan? Restart from scratch?
