12 May 18 UTC I honestly didn’t like my chances of survival in ‘02 and ‘03, having been attacked by England, Italy and Germany. My fortunes improved with the Russian Turkish alliance and I was slowly able to gain strength. Good game to all and the stalemate line was close to being employed but I had position to ultimately achieve the solo.

Well played Austria, for that matter the end game defense was well played by all!
12 May 18 UTC Thanks! Nicely done. It was a coin flip there as whether to support Moscow or Warsaw with Ukraine

Sorry about the attack Russia, but I could tell you weren’t going to move your armies and with the attacks that seemed inevitable I couldn’t both support Germany and defend my hindquarters. Next time, when someone moves all their units in position to set up the stalemate line don’t give on their border like you’re waiting to try to eliminate them from the draw but get your own units into position! I’m glad we had Turkey there who under stood what to do perfectly in terms of getting someone with an army into Sevastopol and Adriatic.

We were just a yurn too slow.

Nicely done all!
12 May 18 UTC Interesting game for me in that it was probably the least aggressive game I've ever played, and that made it kind of fun (thank you Turkey and Austria). In retrospect I shouldn't have called off my very short lived attack on France so fast, but I didn't see a way that I could break through.
12 May 18 UTC Incidentally, I was mimicking the way Tom Bombadil played Italy in my previous game—he managed to pull it off for the draw.
12 May 18 UTC Gg all, my fall was a missed turn I didn’t file orders.... I got fought up in life and lost track of time....

Had loads of fun!!
12 May 18 UTC Awesome! I was hoping you werent too frustrated with me.
13 May 18 UTC That Russian NMR made it difficult to stop the solo, but without it, I would have been dead anyway. Well done sweetwatersam...
13 May 18 UTC The issue was further back. In autum 1909 I turned to address France and support you. Italy did also. Turkey spotted the gaps and filled in

But Galicia and Romania stated put, lurking as if waiting for a moment to eliminate me. Eventually I had to abandon the defense of Berlin and Munich to deal with those two armies that needed desperately to be in Prussia and Livonia instead.

I’d say, France won this in 1910.
13 May 18 UTC Yeah. I needed to go to Adriatic Sea much earlier. Sev for that matter should have happened earlier too.
13 May 18 UTC It's a good sign that pretty much everyone on the losing side had a good time. I wonder if we would have if we'd had press!

:)
14 May 18 UTC Who knows. Things certainly would have been different.
