18 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1901: Good luck
18 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1901: Hi! Alas I’m italy this time...
18 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Don't complain... I play Italy much better than Germany. I am a little bit like Ezio here, not convinced the difference between G and I is that huge...
18 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Interesting. My Germany win rate is WAY higher than Italy, much like with Austria in a/f.
18 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: ( I can't 'ready' right now - I will be busy until Tue PM but then we can play fast. )
18 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Sounds good :)
19 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1902: Unexpected.
19 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1902: yeah i think on both ends a bit. figured you'd probably defend tyrolia or take a shot at vienna. oh well.
20 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1902: You see that Italy is not that bad...
20 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1903: I think in general italy is still quite weaker. I had to coin flip that you weren't going to go into venice in fall 1902 which wasn't really what I wanted to be worrying about then...
20 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1903: and now Germany is back on top...
20 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1903: I think that you have won this game. Let's see.
20 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1903: i think it'll be close. It's an *interesting* tactical situation, which as Italy is about as favorable as I can expect to get (IMO anyway)

Won the vital venice coin flip in 1902, lost the one where I was more conservative in 1903

Spain supports Mar to hold works better for me than the actual outcome; you getting that extra build is bad for me and that may have been a minor blunder.

Orders in the east... I'm probably better off triple supporting tri-bud than bothering to grab bulgaria, and that was probably unwise too. Alas (I think I was mainly thinking about worst case 0 build worlds at that point tbh. Hopefully I can recover it tho.
21 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1904: That's what is funnier and more equilibrated in GvI in comparison with FvA. The complete game is not put in balance by one single good or bad 'guess'... But it is true you need to get some to win, particularly if you play Italy.
21 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1904: Yeah I’m toast just mopping up now lol
21 Mar 18 UTC GG.
21 Mar 18 UTC It is sad... You have take a huge risks that paid but that finally collapsed.
21 Mar 18 UTC gg

and yeah was unfortunate. there were some specific things I could have done better, and I made a copule specific mistakes that if I had to redo it I might avoid

kind of like F/A. If the underdog power makes any mistakes or even just loses coinflips, the favorite power can start to steamroll.
21 Mar 18 UTC I think also that you made some strange mistakes. What is clear in GvI but that's also true for FvA, I and G can't afford any mistake or losing some coinflips...
21 Mar 18 UTC Good luck in the tournament !
