17 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1902: 01: France makes a friendly non bur opening. Lets reward them by showing desire to go against England. Italy invades Austria. But I prefer Russian control of scandanavia to English, since Russia tends to look against England more than me. Lets help Russia.

02 builds: Two friendly gestures rewarded with two hostile builds. WTF Russia? I dont mind France as much, since its always a coinflip and Germany tends to gain more, but Russia?!
10:45 PM Spring, 1903: 02 year: I have to trust the message sent by my builds and stick with the anti-England strategy, at least until Russia gets too big. I think my build away from Munich may have pacified France. Or this was his plan all along after being reassured of two friendly faces in the North.

Regardless, England messed up his skag move, and that may well have killed him. I got north sea, and am now going to experiment with a convoy.
10:50 PM Autumn, 1903: Aut 03: Convoy worked. I thought England was going to support himself in norway again, but I guess he realized the threat I posed to convoy. Russia's move to Bothnia has me worried. Is now when the alliance starts to crumble?
10:56 PM Spring, 1904: Spr 04: I debated bouncing myself in Ruh, but thought France may try to support Munich up. never thought he would supported attack it himself. Im too Rusty for this level of gun boat. Well, at least I know who comes next. Just got to hold the line til the draw.
11:02 PM Autumn, 1904: Aut 04: Im relying heavily on Russias Sweden Support to mean that he is going to be supporting mun with Sil. It makes sense to me. He wants my support into EDI. Im hoping yorkshire didnt scare him off that. The support is coming brother. Just believe in me the one turn, even though Im leaving two centers hanging open to you. You stab, Im dead, but Im going to fight you with absolutely everything I have left.
11:23 PM Autumn, 1906: Been a bit since I updated. Russias been demonstrating my trust, and Ive been back at him. France's destroys were a servile way of trying to get me to back off. Too late. Keep on plugging.
11:28 PM Autumn, 1906: Autumn 06: I could stab now. But Russia has a lot of army units and Im too much of a solo threat. I think the stab is better when it is unexpected. Ir at least more expected.
11:36 PM Spring, 1907: Spr 07: Dammit, the first time I vacate Mun to help Russia and he retreats there. That probably saved the game for him, though, as I was strongly considering stabbing and likely would have had he disbanded and moved.
11:37 PM Autumn, 1907: But I think I can position myself better for a latter stab and possible solo attempt, while also selling it as an issue with the retreat. Lets see how this plays.
11:41 PM Autumn, 1907: Aut 08: Negative. Hes going full stab. Lets try to eliminate England to make the draw smaller whille still prepping the flow.

17 Mar 18 UTC @France, I think that was a misplay actually. I was thinking to support mars, which would allow pied to support Tyrolia, which woudl allow Trieste to support Vienna, which would allow Budapest to support Rumania. I thought that Turkey would continue sitting around doing nothing with his A Con so I didn't think I could rely on him to support Rumania.
17 Mar 18 UTC Russia faked me out... I entered Germany thinking he was going to attack from the other side, but then he relented. Germany clobbered England, and then Russia was pretty unambiguously wasn't going to attack Germany.

My strategy was to allow Germany into my Lands, hoping it would get so big that Russia would have to attack. It kinda worked.
17 Mar 18 UTC Turkey I really cannot reiterate how dumb you are... you made the same two moves for 90% of the game.
17 Mar 18 UTC Thanks for the response @Austria, I will mull that over.
17 Mar 18 UTC At the point where I moved to Lyon I was under the belief that the game was basically over and wasn't thinking too much.
17 Mar 18 UTC Came through in the end didnt I lol better than last game huh Connie
17 Mar 18 UTC @Turkey why not support Rumania though... why run the other way with your boat instead of to Western Med... so many questions...
17 Mar 18 UTC THE QUESTIONS ARE MANY

THE ANSWERS... FEW!

GOOD NIGHT
17 Mar 18 UTC I should have kept trying but was too tired. Really well played by I and A to recover and rebuild trust. France I could tell that was your strategy, and it worked to keep you in a draw. Choop -- it was good while it lasted, and it was the right turn for you to go after me. Just won some of the coinflips.
17 Mar 18 UTC I hope someone recognizes that I became the dominant southern power after being 3-wayed at the start.
17 Mar 18 UTC I wouldnt call it a 3 way when Leo is involved. But yes, I did notice that and was hoping it would stay more of a muddle down there. Brava.
17 Mar 18 UTC Fleet in BUL (south coast) no access to RUM
17 Mar 18 UTC Wait, let me check something.
Spr 13: BUL/sc-AEG, AEG-CON, CON-BUL.

Boom, Access to Rum. Plus access to Black sea for more Rum, or eliminating Russia......
17 Mar 18 UTC So passive aggressive
17 Mar 18 UTC The competition continues, now on a psychological battleground.
17 Mar 18 UTC Fair point. Connie, Leo and I have some history from Tuesday night that we are still working out. :P Thanks again for the game and enjoy your day tomorrow.
17 Mar 18 UTC Leonidas, you play like you're brain damaged.
17 Mar 18 UTC Connie, your one-liner is all ready acknowledged, and quite judgementally stale, statistically speaking, based on points earned in this particular match, your brain activity is one point higher than mine... let’s move on shall we
17 Mar 18 UTC At this end of the scale, one brain point counts for a lot though.
