27 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1904: Ah, it's not like any of their centres are open next to someone who'd take advantage of that sort of thing.
29 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1904: Germany! Stop making me cough!
31 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1905: Uh oh, Austria just potentially attacked his biggest ally in a fight against Germany...
31 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1905: I'm not sure I'd describe him as my ally since he stabbed my capital while I was trying to hold the line, but he is making a nice porous stalemate line for the board leader to cross.
31 Mar 18 UTC Autumn, 1905: I'd never.
01 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1905: Side note: Dear god my eyes.
01 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1905: Finally someone agrees with my opinion on the new April Fools joke the cosmetic updates!
03 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1906: England? SMH!
09 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1908: Sorry to hold things up, but i've got a thing for neat maps and i'd like to make Britain a uniform colour before adding the final draw vote.

I can do it by the end of the year, so if you guys (Italy, Turkey) want to finish Austria off by then you can grab another couple of points for game end.
09 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1908: Oh screw you! Why can't you let England be Blue!
10 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1908: Germany are you trying to keep yourself out of the finals? because that's the only way your offer makes sense, even from a cartographic perspective.
10 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1908: Coming into game three with next to no points, I suspect a solo was my only chance of getting anywhere near the finals. That's not what I was intending to try for, but the way this game shook out when you offered your support for it it seemed like a decent option.

Given that that was not a genuine offer, I don't see a realistic way to 18 centres in the remaining two years. I could potentially put three fleets on MAO and force it, but Italy has enough units on the western front to stalemate me after that.

Fortunately, though, I also have enough units to stalemate the west - and I can gum up central europe with enough armies that i'm only likely to lose Warsaw.

If Turkey and Italy can come to some arrangement over your remaining centres, then that would serve the dual purpose of making the map look neat and tidy and also punish you for giving me false hope.
16 Apr 18 UTC Good game folks.
16 Apr 18 UTC Did you just spite Turkey to have one less center?

Good game everyone :)
16 Apr 18 UTC Surprised I managed to last the game given how Turkey and Austria were committed from the very beginning. Thanks Germany!
16 Apr 18 UTC No comment.
16 Apr 18 UTC And yeah, I have to agree that the A/T thing was a major curveball.
17 Apr 18 UTC That was cold.
17 Apr 18 UTC I do wonder, would you have stabbed me hard in the last year?
17 Apr 18 UTC Wasn't planning on it.
