23 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 1907: I don't mean to be rude, but as I have a guaranteed win I'd like to wrap this up sooner rather than later

23 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1907: Just don't defend StP and we can end it by next year.
23 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 1908: walk into moscow
23 Nov 17 UTC good game
23 Nov 17 UTC good game
23 Nov 17 UTC New to these 1-1 games - it looks like you really have to nab Tunis if you're Austria for a stalemate line
23 Nov 17 UTC There are a number of ways to win as Austria, but in the end it comes down to two things
Either you blitz the enemy by grabbing as many centers as you can asap and winning before the superior French position can slowly reclaim the necessary territory or
Grab both Munchen and Berlin and win a stalemateable 18
In my experience, the former is far easier. You played very well, especially considering you're pretty new to this
23 Nov 17 UTC To stalemate as Austria, what you actually want is a German center rather than Tunis. Holding Tunis is tremendously difficult going late
23 Nov 17 UTC Thanks for the tips.
23 Nov 17 UTC Anytime. I'm always happy to give help to new players - some of these "top" 1v1ers really need to be taken down a peg
23 Nov 17 UTC Though I guess many would say the same about me...
such is life, eh?
