25 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [India]:They didn't that I've seen, Mr. President.
25 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [USA]:Oh, I guess I never noticed the drop shadow before... my bad.
25 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Argentina]:WHOA DROP SHADOW

And I know about Watergate but I couldn't pass up saying what I did. :3
25 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [USA]:i figured, i just wanted to clarify, if you weren't from the west it could have looked bad.
25 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [India]:One thing that did just chance is the images for the armies and navies, which actually makes it way easier to see what's going on in the smaller territories.
25 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Near-East]:And movement arrows are more narrow. Now you don't have to look at the big map to see what happened!
25 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [India]:And when you do, you can actualyl make out what's going on in Africa, which were not so much true just a bit ago.
25 Feb 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Argentina]:o_o Magics. Dark magics.
08 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Kenya]:Hey Russia, please enter your retreat orders so the game can progress.
08 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Russia]:Sorry all, I was very busy lately. Not trying to stall game.
11 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 2003: [Ghana]:A new Ghana has arrived!
11 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 2003: [Quebec]:Welcome to the new leader of Ghana. It appears that the internal power struggle was effective and the dictator who previously ran the country has been deposed and replaced by a new democractic government.
11 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 2003: [Ghana]:^ Couldn't have said it better myself
11 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 2003: [India]:Good luck, Ghana.
17 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [USA]:And we shall have yet another no show Ghana. ;-(
17 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [USA]:Africans have no sense of self interest.
17 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [South-Africa]:and he's likely to survive longer than me :-)
17 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [USA]:Tough break man, that sucks. Maybe Ghana will CD again and you can take him over.
17 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Argentina]:I for one welcome Ghana's new democratic overlords.
17 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [USA]:I like how they stand still and stuff. Paralyzed by the mounting task of decision making.
18 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [India]:HEY

NONE OF THAT, ARGENTINA
18 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Argentina]:;_;
18 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [India]:I

SAID

NONE
18 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [USA]:Did I miss something?
19 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [USA]:GHAAAANAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
19 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [USA]:next time lets just let Ghana CD and hope nobody replaces him.
22 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [USA]:Looks like we have a Brazil CD now, sooooooo another 3 days of waiting for him not to enter his orders.
22 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Brazil]:Relax America, I hate to disappoint.
25 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 2004: [Near-East]:None of my moves went through/stuck? What the hell?
30 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: GameMaster: This user was banned: Auto. The time until the next phase has been extended from <span class="timeremaining" unixtime="1270063574" unixtimefrom="1269981063">22 hours, 55 minutes</span> to <span class="timeremaining" unixtime="1270240263" unixtimefrom="1269981063">3 days</span> (one full phase) so you can find a new player to take his place if you want to.
Make sure to finalize your orders if you don't want
to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily.
30 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Near-East]:So... do we really want Ghana #3?
30 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Quebec]:No reason to unbalance the game by not recruiting someone.
30 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Ghana]:I'll take over Ghana. I can't do any worse than the guy that preceded me.
30 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Quebec]:Welcome to the game bencarthy.
30 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: [USA]:If Libya CD's lets not replace him.
30 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Near-East]:I think if he doesn't submit this turn he automatically CDs, as he only has one territory left. That's only if the retreats phase counts for CD, which I'm not sure about.
02 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Argentina]:All phases count.
13 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2006: [Europe]:anyon else having trouble putting thier orders in? something about a script taking too long?
13 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2006: [Quebec]:Yes, I am as well. I have had this a few times before, but usually after a few clicks on the "No" button, it seems to resolve itself. Not so much this time.
13 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2006: [Quebec]:So it eventually works, but by that I mean it took around 16 to 18 clicks of the No button before my order was actually entered. I will post something on the forum because I am not sure that this is really a moderator issue.
15 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2006: [Quebec]:I got this reply from Alderian:

"That is a known issue with Explorer. The javascript that handles the orders will some day be optimized and/or improved so it is not a problem. In the meantime you really need to use Firefox or possibly another browser to play the World Variant and be able to do convoys."
16 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2006: [Europe]:i am using firefox. same issues
16 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2006: [Quebec]:With Firefox it is some kind of slow, but after 15-30 seconds it seems to accept my order.
16 May 10 UTC Autumn, 2008: [Near-East]:Cool how almost the entire Southern hemisphere didn't submit moves last turn.
17 May 10 UTC Autumn, 2008: [Quebec]:There was definitely a bit of slacking going on this past turn, I must agree.
17 May 10 UTC Autumn, 2008: [Argentina]:I submitted moves ;_;
23 Jul 10 UTC [Argentina]:So it seems consensus is that, this game being slightly ruined by the 4536541351 Civil Disorders, we should draw?
23 Jul 10 UTC [Near-East]:Yeah... I'm also really really tired of playing. This game has been going for 5 or 6 months now.
25 Jul 10 UTC [Near-East]:Good game, everyone.
25 Jul 10 UTC [Quebec]:Good game to everyone. It would have been a bit nicer to not have all the CDs, but I guess there is not much to be done about that.
