09 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 1909: I do not think that Austria can solo win with the current state of the game. They would need 5 more centers for the 18 and I just can not see where they will come from.

Russia can hold St. Petersburg indefinitely unless Germany, France, or I do something stupid.
I am 99% sure I can hold off any further attacks down south.
Lastly, Germany and I can hold the middle unless France interferes.
