25 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2000: [India]:lots of interesting moves

FA only moved 1 unit....
Kenya didn't move Kenya??
Canada didn't end up moving at all!!
26 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2000: [India]:wow - did Libya just move OUT of a centre in a fall move?

dude - please go read the rules
not trying to be a dick, but seriously
go read the rules
26 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Quebec]:Yeah, I made the same mistake the first time I played on this website.

Libya, you need to be on a supply center come fall or the supply center does not become yours.
26 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Quebec]:Or rather come autumn.
27 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Ghana]:Maybe he thought I was going to try for Libya and thought he would bounce me?? Let's give them the benefit of doubt.
27 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Libya]:That's what I was thinking, that you would try and take Libya. Also, I didn't see that is was autumn.
27 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2000: [India]:I meant the move from Ethiopia to south sudan
27 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2000: [India]:regardless, now we all know.....

but for anyone who is unsure, feel free to check the rule book
I believe its under "help" at the top
28 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Argentina]:well this is a pleasant situation
28 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: [India]:ya....that's what happens when you keep skipping turns

but you might be able to keep 1-2 centres, depending on what south Africa does
29 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: [India]:oh wait - you're a new argentina!
why don't they put those msgs in this global chat anymore?? ......weird

well

hello....and very soon, good bye lol
29 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Argentina]:Let's hope this is fun :)
29 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: [China]:Thank you India for being trustworthy and sticking to what we both agreed.
29 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: [India]:hey, this is diplomacy; its a war game
people lie, backstab, ally, change allies, strategize, and change strategies

don't get upset because I attacked you in a war game ;-)
30 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: [China]:No, I just making sure no one makes the mistake I made which was to trust you.
30 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: [India]:first off, I had spent 3 moves sending all of my troops after you
if you didn't see that coming, its on you

its like if I was holding you down punching you in the face, and then I said "I'm not punching you in the face"; and you said "Well, OK, I'll stop defending myself"

allying with you did not benefit me
attacking you did

allying with other people DOES benefit me, so some people, I will ally with
others, I stab

just like all good players
play another hundred games or so, like I have
you'll start seeing the patterns
14 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2005: [Quebec]:hi
29 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 2008: [Pacific-Russia]:Just dropping back by to note that I find it hilarious that players so openly pompous in the global chat are eliminated relatively quickly. Best of luck to the remaining!
01 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2009: [China]:lol india.
02 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Oz]:Patterns...
09 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Western-Canada]:Huh. So it comes to this.
09 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2011: [India]:haha

its world dip, dude. 1/17 chance of winning, 4/17 chance of a draw (approx.)

this game is tactics for the first few years, and then it really degenerates into who you made friends with

if you say controversial things in global, you get beat down by the masses
if you skip a bunch of turns, you get eaten

if you can't take getting killed off, don't play war games
09 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2011: [China]:he killed off and he's still in.
09 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2011: [China]:you're killed off*
09 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Western-Canada]:^^^
12 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2012: GameMaster: 7.62 was banned: multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
12 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2012: [South-Africa]:Hey. Hope hopping in to S.A is ok
12 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2012: [South-Africa]:Hey. Hope hopping in to S.A is ok
12 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2012: [Oz]:Welcome.
15 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2012: [Oz]:Why do people keep joining and then not enter any moves? So strange.
06 Oct 17 UTC [Oz]:Sorry guys, usually i'd play on to the bitter end but plates been getting fairly full lately and this one's been taking up a lot of my energy. Was a lot of fun, great job thwarting my solo!

Disappointed this didn't at least get down to a 3wd, but it got very off balanced when Russia got distracted around the middle and missed a round which found himself in a position where he had little choice but to join a stop-the-solo campaign against me. I'm sure we could have played on and re-shaken things up at a later stage but tournaments are starting to bog me down.
06 Oct 17 UTC [Oz]:Damn, just noticed how tiny this pot was for such a large amount of energy. ;)
06 Oct 17 UTC [Western-Canada]:Shucks, I was hoping you would hold out as well, but this is a decent end for me considering what a rough start I got off on.
06 Oct 17 UTC [Russia]:Good game, everyone. Yes, taking a long overseas trip in the middle of a game ended up being a bit of a wildcard -- lesson learned. It would be a pleasure to play with/against each of you in the future.
