09 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 1: Howdy all! My first time doing public messaging only and playing on this map.
As far as the Game goes I ask that the 5 seas bordering my current holdings stay free of fleets. (Adriatic, Ionian, Ausonian, Tyrrhenean, Ligurian) Thanks and good luck!
12 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 1: I wont enter Your seas, if you dont move further east
13 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 1: It appeals to me, but you'll have to back it up with non-navel builds. One max in Thapsus.
13 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 1: *naval
13 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 1: but no navel builds either please.
13 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 1: In that case You wont enter that seas to!
13 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 1: I don't know if that is quite a fair deal. You stick to your home seas and I'll stick to mine, and when possible we try to stay our of them all together. I wouldn't deprive you of a garrison and I expect you wouldn't do the same to me either.
15 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2: Hi all, new Persia here!
15 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2: Welcome!
16 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2: Look upon my 4 supply centres, ye mighty, and despair.
17 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2: Most Excellent Great King of Persia. Ten thousand ships and ten thousand chariots gather before the the holy city of Jerusalem. Yet, my forces hold. My high priest had a vision atop Mount Sinai: divine rule across the known world, glorious wealth and prosperity bestowed upon the blessed Persian and Egyptian empires, and woe and ruin upon the feeble empires to the West. We two alone exercise divine rule. The foolish republics and kingdoms to the west are ruled by mere mortal men, such is their arrogance and insolence. Our proud and ancient civilisations can stand as partners the entire breadth of the Mediterranean see; Egypt in the South, Persia in the North. Let our empires join in alliance, and I will remove my forces from Mount Sinai. Together we can sweep across the Mediterranean!
17 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2: I knew you weren't to be trusted Carthage...
17 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2: Well, I didnt like your move for Beleares...
17 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2: My dearest Pharao, what nice to hear of you! I humble accept your alliance and hope that we can bring civilization to the barbaric Westerns.
17 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 2: That was after you supported yourself into the Punic Sea. The move to Ligurian was purely defensive. I said I would not deny you a garrison, and yet you didn't want me to have one, and didn't trust me to not move to the Punic Sea. ...Not a way to gain trust, and now we have an eastern alliance to fight... we have a most interesting game to play now.
19 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 3: New Greece here. Open to alliances which are in our mutual interest :)
19 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 3: Dear Pharao, if you want, you can send your fleet into the Egyptian Sea. I will make way for you.
19 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 3: Your wisdom pre-empts my request, Great King
19 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 3: Your wisdom pre-empts my request, Great King
20 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 3: Well Greece, should we make peace and worry about the corners of the board?
