19 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 3: Your wisdom pre-empts my request, Great King
20 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 3: Well Greece, should we make peace and worry about the corners of the board?
21 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 3: Yup Rome, you've got a friend in me!
23 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 3: Rome, let me know if you want any particular supports/moves... it seems we have common interests and can pull this out together
23 Jul 17 UTC Autumn, 3: Sounds good, the unit in Sarmatia is there to help you.
23 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 4: Thank you .. that's much appreciated :)
24 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 4: Greece, could you press ready?
30 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 6: Great King, if you could harry (but not dislodge) the Greek army in the Egyptian Sea, that'd save Alexandria from occupation.
30 Jul 17 UTC Spring, 6: I will try my utmost best, o Royal Pharao.
01 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 6: Pharaoh be warned, you are about to be stabbed.
01 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 6: The Great King of Persia and the Divine Pharaoh of Egypt stand in heavenly brotherhood, Republican. Persia appreciates the efforts of the Egyptian Chariotry to hold back Roman aggression in Africa.
02 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 6: O Great and Wise Pharaoh, let ye not be scared by the seductive Romans. They are feeling threatened by our holy alliance and trying to get into our minds to set us up against each other. Don't let ye be fooled and stand strong, together we will bring civilization to the West!
03 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 7: Great King, the Alexandrian fleet stands ready to support the Persian fleet in the Gulf of Pelusium into the Egyptian Sea. The sea shall swallow them whole.
04 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 7: Your wisdom is beyond measurement. I will take the opportunity you're offering me.
04 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 7: My deepest of apologies Greece. I had intended to end this game this next turn with you alive and well. Indeed it was within my grasp but I made an error far to the west by not protecting Saguntum. I believe I can still achieve victory while keeping your people free from the Persian Hordes, but it will not end this year.
04 Aug 17 UTC Support in the Libyan Sea from Crete would be appreciated as well and will help in keeping Crete from the Persian Navy.
06 Aug 17 UTC Congratulations Rome!
06 Aug 17 UTC Ave TiconderogaHB!
06 Aug 17 UTC Thanks Guys, shouldn't it wait until after retreats though? That's what I would do in Face to face. But I won't complain much! Hope the WWI game gets off the ground Arch-Duke, I'll watch it for sure and would be willing to play if you need more players.
06 Aug 17 UTC Cheers. I reckon we will need more players. Currently only have 3 or 4. Another reason I'm in favour of just doing it on the classic 7-man map rather than one of the bigger variants.

As for the retreats thing, I'm pretty sure it's automatic; webDip changes the game state to finished once a player reaches 18.
