27 Jun 17 UTC if it weren't for Marseilles.... oh well. good game in any case, nice solo CSteinhardt
27 Jun 17 UTC Very well played, Turkey. I thought you made a poor choice by not allying with me earlier, but clearly I was wrong.

I'm surprised the rest of you didn't turn around sooner. Especially France- you kept coming down to help and then leaving- which I didn't understand at all.

Good game, all.
27 Jun 17 UTC gg

My apologies for the lame misorder that cost Marseilles :( Should've been a 4-way draw.

I wasn't coming over to help, ATC..
27 Jun 17 UTC You should have been. Turkey was well on the way to a solo threat, and helping (or beating back turkey to take my centres yourself) would have set you up to lock up your southern centres, even if you were unsuccessful.

What was the purpose of your back and forth?
27 Jun 17 UTC I felt my southern centres were locked regardless. The stalemate line starts in Spain.. In fact, there were times when I considered your demise to my advantage as it would've made me indispensible versus the Turkish solo.

In other words, I was considering stealing Tunis at some point. I went to WMed whenever I though England would bugger off long enough. But he didn't.

You're probably right that strategically it made more sense for me to help you, but that wasn't the main idea on my mind. I was more worried about surviving against E and/or G.
27 Jun 17 UTC My thinking was England and Germany couldn't attack you if you were holding Turkey back. It's academic though- who knows what they would have done..
27 Jun 17 UTC Well when you had 4 armies at your border snd continued putting in miss moves, there was no way for you to break through. You had pieces sitting around for 2 years doing nothing. I would have attacked and was focused on trying to stop the solo
27 Jun 17 UTC It was a fun game though
27 Jun 17 UTC I feel silly ending up with a win because I actually had a forced win and misordered, and then got lucky that I was able to break through around Marseilles anyway. So I really deserved to have been held to a draw after making those mistakes, but won't complain. Good game!
28 Jun 17 UTC It's just a game, all in good fun
