14 Apr 17 UTC thanks for the game.
14 Apr 17 UTC Good game, and well played
14 Apr 17 UTC Good game, and well played
14 Apr 17 UTC Indeed. Nice to have a live where CDs weren't really a problem
14 Apr 17 UTC Congratulations svkrls.
It was a pleasure working together with you, Amulet of Yendor!

Aaargh, we almost had it... It went wrong with communication with Italy at the end. @Italy You should have supported my fleet the second time and allowed Austria to enter Napels. This would have completed the stalemate line. Another option was to support Tunis and take Trieste so that you could build a fleet in Rome; that is what should have happened the year before. I was surprised Austria didn't send out a signal that you could take a center from him.

The game could have already been over in the autumn of 1911 though. I quite literally decided whether I would use Ukraine to support Moscow or Warsaw with a coinflip. We got lucky that time.
14 Apr 17 UTC And yeah, good game indeed. It is nice to have a game without problematic CD's.
14 Apr 17 UTC Also: what about the name of this game? It is long morning here in Central European Time. :p
14 Apr 17 UTC Same to you Mercy. Fun game all around.
14 Apr 17 UTC Ha. 1:20 AM here. Namer might have been East Coast US - it would be 4:30 there. Very late
14 Apr 17 UTC I realized that I should have supp held and vacated Naples right after it was too late to unready orders
14 Apr 17 UTC It was the saddest moment
14 Apr 17 UTC 430 here
14 Apr 17 UTC Aaaw. So if one of us had saved, we would have drawn?
14 Apr 17 UTC Congrats on the victory
14 Apr 17 UTC I wish I could say I had realized that him taking Trieste would have let him get a build in Rome... but I can't because I didn't think about that. Oh well.
14 Apr 17 UTC Yep. I was just in the mindset of "these are my orders forever "
14 Apr 17 UTC And geez, fine margins.
14 Apr 17 UTC Really, I would draw if Nap/Rom were a fleet :), well played Austria/Turkey.
14 Apr 17 UTC I'm out
14 Apr 17 UTC I wish Russia would have taken Rumania in the few years in which Turkey was continually offering support in
14 Apr 17 UTC My whole motivation for originally taking Trieste was that Austria had built three fleets, would take our Turkey and come for me, and that if I weakened Austria a little they wouldn't be able to retaliate fully because Turkey or Russia would capitalize. Would have possibly been a different game (for me at least)
14 Apr 17 UTC I liked that move of yours, Italy. :)
