Autumn, 6: Even though there is a tactical risk if Carthage goes back on his 3wd offer, I suggest Greece move Athens to Macedonia and Ionian to Sparta so we are sure that Rome cannot capture a center and we can get to the draw. I think it would be reasonable for Carthage to promise to refrain from moving to Ionian in order to facilitate this ending.
