16 Jan 17 UTC Autumn, 1901: Great france missed the first phase...
21 Jan 17 UTC Spring, 1903: Let's ready up! @Italy @Turkey
21 Jan 17 UTC Spring, 1903: Can't wait to get rid of me Spain, eh?
22 Jan 17 UTC Spring, 1903: Killing Frenchmen is a venerable German tradition.
22 Jan 17 UTC Spring, 1903: Haha that is actually quite true
22 Jan 17 UTC Spring, 1903: Hardly "venerable"
30 Jan 17 UTC Autumn, 1905: Hi, new England here.
30 Jan 17 UTC Autumn, 1905: I'm voting to draw.
02 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1906: So are we drawing?
06 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1907: Congrat to Germany's solo win.
09 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: Pretty shitty sportsmanship there by England. Choosing to only hold when things stop going your way. Would've preferred to actually fight for a solo rather than have one handed to me by a sore loser.
09 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: Stabbing is a good sportsmanship, nice.
09 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: You should thank me for easy win, which you always wanted. Dont pretend saint please, makes me feel sick.
09 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: ... yeah, stabbing is good sportsmanship. lol. We're playing Diplomacy.
09 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: Hey now guys lets just stop this fighting before it gets ugly, in fact I propose that to avoid any hurt feelings we just draw now and call it a day, whaddaya say?
09 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: Haha, very diplomatic answer Italy ;)
09 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: Seriously though, that is incredibly poor sportsmanship. Stabbing happens in Diplomacy, you shouldn't take it personally, it's just part of the game. Rolling over and handing Germany the win ruins the game for everybody, not just yourself. Diplomacy is about fighting until your very last breath, not handing your opponent the win as soon as things turn slightly sour.
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: letting me fight Germany alone and claim the reward, well said, Turkey.
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: England getting butthurt over people being opportunistic in Diplomacy...
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: He actually has a point though, the east was trying to set up a defensive line and hold off england and germany when turkey decided to screw the rest of us over for a couple of scs. This allowed germany to push further than he should have been able to and opened the door for his soli. Now he might have soloed anyway but turkey made it painfully easy for him since austria and I were forced to ally with germany just to survive and now hes holding the east with only 5 units.
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: Making what is (in your opinion) a poor play is not bad sportsmanship. Purposefully throwing the game is poor sportsmanship.
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: Turkey's moves would not have been bad if England had resisted, he'd have secured himself more SCs in the draw. He can't be expected to predict that another player will ragequit.
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: Such a joke for a guy gaining advantage to blame non-sportsmanship from others.
Because I don't let you torturing me? LMAO.
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: Since I have been TAKING OVER Britain, meaning England has been vacant for a while.
Be honest, Germany, will you stay put until someone's fill in the vacancy? From the time England became vacant, you already took an advantage on this game. Be realistic and admit it.
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: You're attacking me for playing the game it's meant to be played. I didn't choose for England to abdicate.
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: You're just butthurt because you saw a way to drop in for an easy draw and left yourself open for a massive stab.
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: Don't pretend saint and say "mum, someone don't let me bullying him, he is such a dick". "England may still resist", but Germany already have the advantage, what is the point of playing this when Turkey already broke the balance and letting Germany win.
I already told Turkey to help defending Austria, but see what Turkey done? Then Germany blame that "Oh, England is playing non-sportsmanship" when he is invading Austria with no resistance.
I will fight Germany if Turkey is on board, but it turns to a slaughterhouse with Turkey decided to stand still, and wait for a draw?
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: "You're just butthurt because you saw a way to drop in for an easy draw and left yourself open for a massive stab."
Easy draw? Please read our conversation history, did I mention a draw? What a joke.
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: Yo germany I never said it was poor sportsmanship on turkeys part. I just thought it was a stupid play on his part, which it most definitely was. I sincerely hope it wasnt just turkey being butthurt over the fact that austria, russia and I had teamed up on him. Also england did try to fight back early on in the stab but you outmaneuvered him perfectly. I dont like people that just abandon a game so I was pissed when england just gave up but either way you were going to win. Your superb play meant that your solo was inevitable since your only true enemy was a collapsing england once turkey dicked austria and I over.
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: I was playing for a draw, saw my opportunity, and took it. Was expecting a 3-way draw between myself, Germany, and England, was not expecting the stab by Germany or subsequent dummy-spit by England
10 Feb 17 UTC Autumn, 1908: The fact remains that, whether or not what you thought I did was stupid, I didn't spoil the game for everyone else
11 Feb 17 UTC Spring, 1909: At the very least, England will get a defeat and not a survival.
11 Feb 17 UTC Spring, 1909: Why shall I survive? LOL
I have nothing to lose.
11 Feb 17 UTC Spring, 1909: hey. can you at least put in your retreat? we all know the game is over. shall we (you) speed it up a little?
12 Feb 17 UTC Yeah england, honestly we get that youre going to lose and that you got stabbed but it happens to everybody. I sympathized with you a little bit early on but now youre just pissing everyone off. Germany has clearly won the game and all we want to do is finish as quickly as possible.
13 Feb 17 UTC Join a 5 mins/turn game next time.
England out, bye.
13 Feb 17 UTC Well, that's the douchiest player I've ever played with. Don't see how you can have 6 other people saying you're in the wrong and insist you're right.
13 Feb 17 UTC FFS england theres a reason that this game has the ready up button. Youre screwing over 5 other players and wasting our time when we could be out joining other games. I mean for me personally 20 D doesnt really matter but for other players that dont have a lot of D youre preventing them from joining another game amd youre ruining their diplomacy experience.
