18 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 1901: At long last! Good luck!
18 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 1901: Have a good game, everyone!

I'm going to be away from the computer for the next 12 hours or so, but I should be able to write back to all of your wonderful alliance offers in the evening.
18 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 1901: I didnt get my pasta yet. Back into the kitchen with you
18 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 1901: Why do you think I am gone so long? Good cooking takes time
18 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 1901: Oh a late night start, good luck all!
18 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 1901: Estoy aqui

Whoops, I don't speak Spanish. I'll either be messaging people between my classes or after they're over.
21 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Wow, now that's an interesting first year, huh?
21 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Quite remarkable.
21 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Fuck me.
21 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: (Oh sorry, others have started already!)
24 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: This map is a patchwork mess.
25 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: What a fun pit of snakes
26 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Sorry all, I'm out 'til Friday, but it beats a pause
30 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 1903: Hi everyone- apologies for the sparse press- I've been knocked out with some kind of cold/flu thing. I don't need a pause, and I'll try to write more in the next phase.

Also, nice job France on the counter this turn :)
05 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 1904: This game looks like such a knife fight...
05 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Why are we paused?
05 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Gold is just being concerned for my wellbeing
05 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: I am too! Look at all those pink units.
06 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Do we know the expected length of this pause?
06 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: I PMed the TD to ask, but no reply yet.

I'm not sure why we're paused for the NMR that has already happened.

The tournament is supposed to be protected against NMRs, and the resolution would have been different if there was no NMR (I for one would have entered different orders). But, I don't see a way to fix it.

I mean, Kiel affects Ruhr's move, which affects Burgundy, etc etc. I don't think winding it back is appropriate now that we've seen guesses around the board.

It's annoying, and we do worse in the south because of it, but I guess we just have to play on?
06 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: I think if turnover wasn't in the early morning hours it would have been caught.
06 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: As for why we are paused after the NMR, I think the TD wants to make sure Germany is not still MIA and can commit to making all remaining phases, or be replaced.
06 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: I have received press from Germany since the NMR.
06 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Do we get an extra hour for daylight savings in the phase or no?
06 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: The phases are in UTC, so no.
06 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: (Also I don't have daylight savings this weekend, and I'm sure the same is true for many of the players).
06 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Russia - let me know if you want help to Rum or if you plan to do something else.
07 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: gg, Russia.
08 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Well, now I've just gotta hope my teammates do considerably better than this. It's been a good game, folks.
08 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Feels like one of the Night's Watch passing...
08 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: You mean you want to set fire to his body? Harsh.
09 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Well I don't want his rendition of Ol' Blue Eyes rising from the dead.
16 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 1905: 17/17 boooring
16 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 1905: France, you better make england support you into munich here. reclaim what is yours!
16 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 1905: Well, Austria is a fool. How is your game going?
16 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 1905: I've known that one for a while.
19 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1905: Moderator: (bo_sox48): Setting this to WFO in case of NMR. Your TD can handle the situation as he sees fit when he is online again. If anyone objects to this, please email webdipmod@gmail.com.
19 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1905: Moderator: (bo_sox48): A player objected to turning on WFO, so I am turning it off again.
19 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1905: Well.........goodbye
19 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1905: So long so long so long, and thanks for all the fish.
07 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1907: A fleet build! Guys look!!!
07 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1907: Wow... fleety.
07 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1907: Guess it was just a fleeting moment.
27 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1909: Heading to the mountains today through New Year's Day, I usually have one bar of cell service at some point in the day, but I'll cast a pause vote just in case...
30 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1910: Good game all.
31 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1910: Well played, good luck in the finals
31 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1910: I suspect England and France go through? It's not clear until identies are revealed and the games are all finished. Anyway, good luck to everyone.

I'll write an EOG one new year celebrations are over.

Happy new year!
