09 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 1999: Hola!
09 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 1999: Howdy partners!
09 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 1999: Hi Everyone
10 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 1999: Good luck and have fun!
10 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 1999: hi !
21 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 2002: I've never seen such even expansion before.
21 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 2002: http://webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=82542
06 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2005: i'm seriously suspicious of multi.. no one expands that way..
06 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2005: peru, texas, mexico?
06 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2005: Duh.. especially texas mexico
06 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2005: Don't know about Tex-Mex, but if they're multi, they're good at it...different speaking styles, submit orders at different times, etc.

For ne, I was Spain in a Spain/Italy/France draw in modern. So I have expanded this way before.
06 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2005: Called scatter theory. Details here.

06 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2005: i don't doubt you that much, i know about that playstyle but for me its just a stupid tactic with too much trust and no way of holding to your points.

but seriously, so much trust between 3 biggest players do causes suspicion, especially with TOTALLY no DMZ since start till now even.
06 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: Perù and Texas has muted me!!!! really i do not know why!!!
Mexico please .. something here is not working well
06 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: In high-level classic games, I've seen key lepanto and even the turkey letting the Russian fleet take Con temporarily to get out of the black sea immediately. You gotta build trust through your messages.
06 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: Seriously, there have been dozens of messages sent between me and my allies (who shall remain nameless) in order to build trust. The game of diplomacy, at least for me, requires a focus on the social aspect as much, if not more, than on the tactical aspect. I find it hard to trust other players when they refuse to discuss reasons for their maneuvers (to just give one example).
06 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: Personally I think WHO, the player, you have chosen to ally matters far more than the tactical advantages of the alliance.
06 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: Also, "totally no DMZ" is totally wrong. How would you know what other players set up as a DMZ anyways?
06 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: watch me say all this an mexico attacks me the very next turn...
06 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: Yea ? And leaving yourself wide open for stabbing by mexico and peru is just dumb. They could team up and finish you off within 2 years and you dont have any backup plans.
I get that steamroll is real, but absolutely no dmz between not 2, but 3 players, that is just meta.
06 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: My friend, you just don't know how this game can be played.
06 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: i really thing something is strange in this game.
06 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: Again BC, look at the game history closely and you'll realize where the DMZs are located. Also consider that this public press you are sending out may not be a good look for you. If you can't fathom a style of play different from your own, then I am truly sorry. And if you actually believe what you are not so subtly implying, file a complaint. Otherwise you just sound sore.
07 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: It's rather meaningless to speculate now about cheating. All shall be revealed when the game is over.
07 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: British-Columbia, do you need a pause?
07 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: I did file a complaint just in case. I don't mind a check from mods. If there is nothing wrong, fine. We go on.
Yes perhaps there is such playstyle, I just wouldn't be trusting enough to do that .
07 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: Hey, I'm almost dead anyway, why not have some chat in the public ? There are no rules stating that we can't discuss in public.
07 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: No, it's fine that we have this discussion. I myself have at times had doubts. Hopefully, the mods will uncover the truth.
07 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: Shitty misorder...
12 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2006: Any luck on that complaint?
16 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: I'm putting my draw vote in. I think I'm willing to draw from here on out.
23 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2009: Has Texas given up on the game?
23 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2009: Playing possum?
24 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2009: damn forgot to click ready
01 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 2012: In the south, I'm going to get an army into Deep South.I should be able to punch through that line. Are you taking Oklahoma?
01 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 2012: LOL
01 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 2012: Oops
01 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 2012: Haha ah well. I suppose nothing you cam do to stop that move anyways. Good thing I didn't put out my super secret move.
01 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 2012: And it was an open question on OK. All 3 of you can take it.
01 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 2012: :)
02 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 2012: how is heartland still alive ??? wow
02 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 2012: He made a pretty big surge when Texas started holding.
02 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 2012: Eh. I only got one point out of that. You and peru benefitted much more.
02 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 2012: Plus the two from Florida were sort of left to you, and position-wise you had the advantage since my units had to move up from the south to protect that long border against you rolling into Calgary/western Canada. Not to mention you've put up a good fight, but that's been going on all game.
08 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 2014: I surrender.. not much fun 44 on 11
17 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 2017: So that last move certainly looks like multi accounting
17 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 2017: Or an agreed upon 2 way draw...
17 Nov 16 UTC I hope you're being sarcastic, NY. Good game everyone.
17 Nov 16 UTC Good game all!
17 Nov 16 UTC Good game folks.
