Game won by SuperSteve (894 D)
13 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 1998: With Italy gone has it really come down to these three teams?

1.Germany, UK, France
2. Russia, Spain, Egypt
3. Poland and Ukraine
13 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 1998: I would like to think that Egypt and Poland are on friendly terms. I mean, friendly as we can be....
13 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 1998: I think we can be thought of as friends :)
13 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 1998: Egypt and Poland are great friends. They invited me over for a dinner party that they are hosting.
25 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2002: I think we are almost at a point for a draw.
01 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2004: What is the number of SCs for someone to solo on this map #askingforafriend #polishmight
01 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2004: If you bother to click on the blue coloured "Modern Diplomacy II" link, you can easily check for yourself that to get a solo win, you need 33 SC.
02 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2004: Thanks!
05 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: draw?
05 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: I think we are about at a position that calling a draw would be a good idea. You get points per SC so its not like each of us would get a 1/4 but instead you get the exact amount you earned.
05 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2005: Me france and germany combined are worth 5 credits so its not like you are gaining a lot by playing this all out
07 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2006: some people are so greedy
07 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2006: I never claimed not to be.
11 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: these are dark days for the nation of Spain. From the beginning we have fought for right to be recognized and now it seems like our light is about to die out. Thank you all again for a great game.
11 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: Via la Espana!
11 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: I am sorry it ended this way Spain, you were a good ally.
12 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: I should have picked spain as an ally from the beginning. England and Germany were so flaky

12 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: Good game, everyone. I thought everyone played well. That is my impression from my obviously limited vantage point.
12 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2008: YAY!
13 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2008: I will take forth. Hope we can all play again.
13 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2008: Does everyone want to play another, but anonymous, game? Same map?
13 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2008: Sure
13 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2008: love the idea!
13 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2008: make the game, agree its anoynoumous but make a password (I suggest: password) and the new game be named REDO
13 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2008: Sounds good to me
13 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2008: yeah i'm in
13 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2008: I'll join too

13 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2008: awesome!
14 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2009: Can't find the game. Can you confirm?
14 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2009: I think it expired from a lack of interest. I will put another up with a longer deadline. That was pretty foolish on my part.

16 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2010: going draw!
16 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2010: I love how I fight to the end while poland misses turns yet poland was the one chosen to tie with while I was crushed.
16 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2010: I thought we were drawing and starting a new game? Am I crazy?
16 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2010: Spain didn't vote to draw; unless he gets knocked out, the game goes on. Now Ukraine sees an opportunity to go for the solo so his draw vote has been repealed. That is why you have to play on until every single player alive votes draw.
16 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2010: I have now voted for a draw. Also, check out Siberia (top right corner). It was once owned by Egypt. Thats crazy!
20 Oct 16 UTC Thanks for the game, everyone. I really wasn't planning on going for the solo and my aggressive moves were just a preemptive strike against an attempt by Russia to go for one. That said, when Russia and Poland started attacking each other and everyone voted draw except the guy with one SC,, I figured I should take what was given.
20 Oct 16 UTC Thanks for the game.
20 Oct 16 UTC While I disagree with your decision to attack me, especially given that I did for a draw, I do like that I was considered a survivor (according to the game at least).
20 Oct 16 UTC You are a survivor in my book.
