11 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1901: Hello everyone! I very much look forward to this game and hope that it is a joyous exercise. I'm pretty much online all the time but am trying not to play (too much) during work hours so while I'll almost certainly read what you write me within 30 minutes, I might not respond SUPER quickly, but no that no words are wasted on me and my orders are never readied, literally or figuratively, until the deadline has passed. I'll never forget when I started to play Diplomacy. Now that you mention it, my legend began on the same day as today. A Tuesday or a Wednesday. Or a Saturday perhaps. No, it was on Monday. No. I suppose it could have been a Tuesday or Wednesday. Thursday's a distinct possibility or Friday even. Although Monday does sound right. And Saturday is a lovely day to begin a legend with. Perhaps it was a Thursday? Or Tuesday. Maybe Wednesday or Friday? There's always Monday too. And Saturday, we can't forget Saturday. No, no. It was almost certainly on a Sunday. Anyways, it never gets old, every game is so unique! I am very very much looking forward to it.
11 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1901: I can't argue with that logic. My draw vote is up. gg all.
11 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1901: Wow, this game got off to a faster start than I expected! Looking forward to hearing from everyone!
12 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1901: woo, just got home, will talk to you soon
12 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1901: Checking on again in 15 hours and then all along last two hours.
12 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1901: I will be drunk for the last two hours.
14 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: I hope everyone had a wonderful Saturday! Thanks for your patience.
15 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: I hope you had a wonderful Saturday too England!
15 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Thanks!
17 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1902: I hope everyone had a lovely Monday/Tuesday! And thank you for indulging my save with your patience.
17 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1902: I'm in meetings offsite all day so internet access is limited today. Not ignoring anyone I promise, will get y'all in the evening.
17 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1902: Did everyone else just see Germany saying he refuses to reply to me?!?! Bastard!
18 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1902: High. Quality.
19 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: I hope I haven't accidentally muted anyone, I just noticed I had some of you on mute and I have no idea for how long...
19 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Mutes (and other things such as messages and votes) are done via the URL strangely enough (don't ask it's old school PHP). Make sure you're not hitting refresh/F5 but instead pressing the "Board" button.
19 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: I sometimes accidentally mute people! I am glad to know I am not alone.
19 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Mine are never accidents...
19 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Mine are never accidents...
19 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Double clicking "Send" though? That *does* happen to me sometimes.
24 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1903: Funny... England muted me.
24 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1903: I'd think to message him here, but he just said...
25 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: Sorry for being so out of contact the last couple of days! Two things work-related happened at the same time that took up most of my spare time.
25 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: England muted me too! I just learned this.
25 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: Has England muted everyone?
25 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: I think so.
25 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: If I could convoy Russia's Ukraine army to St. Petersburg, I would, just in principle.
26 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: well, you know... you could move to St. Pete's anyway and let me have Moscow.
26 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: England can't see this?
Deal.
09 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 1905: Moderator: (Valis2501): GG!
15 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 1907: gg all
17 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 1907: My draw is and has been up. As far as I know, Italy's draw is and has been up. The only two holdouts are you two, France and Germany. If you want a three-way draw, you should be trying a lot harder to get my help than you are. If you want a solo, you should be attacking the other. Passive and inefficient play does not achieve either of those goals, so if you are going to remain passive and inefficient, hit draw.
17 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 1907: thrilling
17 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 1907: Thanks brah
18 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: tfw you have to play like six more years of a game in order to come to the exact same result you already have because some idiots think they can solo. Germany, you have to get to Portugal in order to solo, and that's before I take Moscow and Warsaw. France, you have to get to St. Petersburg and take Munich and Berlin in order to solo, and that's after you get Tunis. #hitdraw2016
18 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Finland and Apulia will rise again!
23 Sep 16 UTC draw pls
23 Sep 16 UTC My draw vote is in, as I have run out of ideas.
23 Sep 16 UTC Draw vote is in.
24 Sep 16 UTC Mine too, but I don't think it counts.
24 Sep 16 UTC Unfortunately not. Italy, is yours in?
24 Sep 16 UTC I have voted draw
24 Sep 16 UTC This is why I don't like HDV ._.
24 Sep 16 UTC this should be fun...
24 Sep 16 UTC I veto
25 Sep 16 UTC Was gonna shoot to solo but if we're gonna have NMRs I'm fucking out lmao
25 Sep 16 UTC GG
25 Sep 16 UTC So Turkey was the hold out.

Good weird game everyone. I thought France and Germany both could have soloed by making the first move, and I was actively going to try to throw the game to whoever did. But nobody wanted to pull the trigger!
26 Sep 16 UTC I have to seriously apologize for the NMR. It's not my habit of doing such things. The excuse I can feebly muster is that I was on a date that turned into a sleepover. I was so excited about the date in the first place that I forgot about entering my moves, and I ended up sitting still. More still is that if Turkey was thinking of going solo and my NMR ruined that, I'm appalled at myself. So Bo, I'm very sorry.
26 Sep 16 UTC Soloing was quite the long shot. It depended on you and Germany being as bad at stopping my solo as you were at going for your own. I would have needed to either break into Scandinavia or get into Iberia in order to make it work and that was unlikely at best.
