Pot: 100 D - Spring, 2017, Finished
Fall of the American Empire IV, Draw-Size Scoring
1 excused missed turn
Game drawn
12 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 2001: Watch someone take over California just so they can idle for 36 hours.
12 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 2001: I'm really looking forward to autumn 2001. : /
12 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 2001: Who knew Tex-Mex would be such a power couple?
12 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 2001: Carls Jr. did.
17 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 2001: Not to advocate for genocide, but can yáll finish off Cuba this turn? I don't think we need to be waiting around for a full day and a half for retreats and builds.
23 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 2003: Ok ok, I clicked draw!
26 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 2003: I would like to take a moment to celebrate the reunification of Canada. For far too long we have thought ourselves as two separate entities. Now the Maple flag flies proud yet again! Maple Syrup all around!
27 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 2003: I think Canada is remembered for the beautiful women homie. ;)
10 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2006: RIP Texas, too beautiful for this world ;_;7
16 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: I'll be an active player for the rest of the rounds, but it's pretty obvious the very unlikely dream of having a North America of Quebec is over.
21 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2009: This game is taking too long. Does anyone else want to just vote for a draw and get their 20 points? I m trying to cut down on the amount of games that I'm playing.
21 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2009: just so everyone knows. i'll hit draw as soon as Mexico gives me Nuevo Leon.
21 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2009: No chance sucka!
21 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2009: But I will counter your proposal. I will Draw as soon as you and Peru do :)
27 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2010: a 4-Way draw is on the table. It's up to Mexico or Quebec to decide who gets the 4th seat.
27 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2010: I think that we should just have a 5 player draw. We re doubling our bet points. Let's just take our points and join other new games.
27 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 2011: Is Peru on board?
27 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 2011: With a 5-man draw? Nay.
27 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 2011: no Mexico or Quebec has to be eliminated first before we draw.
27 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 2011: I'd be down with that, I suppose.
02 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2011: Grrr i can't wait until this next turn ends!
02 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2011: 24 hours to do retreats, having logged on several times in the meantime

#justnewquebecthings
04 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2012: Are you guys game to end it this move? We can eliminate Quebec and call it a draw.
04 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2012: That sounds okay.
11 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2014: The brave Mexicans will fight for every last territory!
12 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2014: While intentionally stalling the game like a child, presumably?
12 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2014: Mexico is entitled to do whatever he wants within the 2 days game time. maybe you need to go play other games with shorter phases #stoprushing
12 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2014: I'll be sure to construct a desalination plant in Quebec.

Mexico is free to not hit the ready button on his single retreat that can only go one place, but he's also acting like a child in doing so. He is not furthering any diplomacy, he's not improving his chances of winning (which are very near nil) - he's really not achieving anything at all other than stalling.
12 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2014: I'm trying to encourage Peru to hit the draw button, like everyone else, using the only diplomatic tactic left in my tool box. Is it really worth the 8 extra points?
12 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2014: A few days ago Peru said a 4-way draw was acceptable.

13 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2015: lol
13 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2015: Shouldn't have gotten rid of quebec now it seems
13 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2015: We should just draw now. I created this game months ago and it still hasn't ended.

Also why can't we be all friends here?
13 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2015: I might've been willing, had it not been for Mexico stalling like this on purpose. 8 points is indeed not that much, I just figured it wouldn't take much effort to get them.

Now, though, I actively want Mexico NOT to get his 25.
13 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2015: Ouch - all I want to do is make the time spent on this game not a waste. The power to end it is in your hands Peru.
13 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2015: Uh oh, now Florida has pulled their draw vote. Maybe they have plans for you Peru? Maybe plans for NY? I can't wait to see!!
14 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2015: I'm not going to pull my draw vote. I want everyone to be friends. It's just a game after all.
14 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2015: i'll draw when Peru draws.
14 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2015: this game should be over next year.
15 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2016: Thank you for using the ready button Mexico, and my apologies for my harsh rhetoric. It's nothing personal, I like you from what dealings we've had.
15 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2016: We need to draw.
15 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2016: Peru can you hit draw already? if not i will try to solo, just wanted that to be known.
15 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2016: does anyone else feel like helping me to force Peru to hit draw. This game needs to end.
15 Oct 16 UTC Mexico can be gone literally next year. :|
15 Oct 16 UTC but I won't be ;-)
15 Oct 16 UTC Thanks for the draw guys. You're awesome.
15 Oct 16 UTC Good game.
15 Oct 16 UTC GG
16 Oct 16 UTC I claim moral victory in having moved an army from Lima to Anchorage in one turn.
