29 Mar 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Tsar Vilhelm looked out of the high arched windows of the Kremlin as the British military rolled its tanks into Moscow. He left the quiet confines of his fortress and proceeded to the Red Square where he met the leading general of England's forces. He stepped forward calmly and shook the hand of the startled general, saying in cordial tones: "Well played Sir. You have brought low the Tsarists Autocracy of Russia. There is little I can do now but welcome you to my beautiful city and accept my defeat. My military has orders to stand down and disperse. Now that you are in Moscow, Sevastopol is yours for the taking. France has been given regional rights to Warsaw. My regime is now dissolved. The game is over at last." With that, he quietly turned smartly on his heel, saluted his small entourage of soldiers, drew out a small pistol from his left pocket, and shot himself in the head.
