02 Oct 15 UTC Spring, 1901: Waking up to a new war, Emperor Franz Joseph first answers nature's call, then calls for his Ministers. Messages are to be sent to all the world's leaders.
03 Oct 15 UTC Spring, 1901: The Kaiser, meanwhile, is a robot who never sleeps or answers nature's call, sent by alien forces from the far future to sow the seeds of chaos on the battlefields of 20th century Europe!
04 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: Russia, are you going to join us?
04 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: Without Russia we should cancel or draw.
04 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: This is f-ed up. I am voting canel. Please join my new game (with 80% reliability required) called "When the lights go down".
04 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: I'll leave my draw and cancel votes up there, but if you'all want to play on, I will too!
04 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: Sure, I'll vote draw/cancel as well, though I don't mind continuing either.

It's ridiculous that 75% isn't good enough... pretty much every game I've played lately has had early NMRs. I'd put it at 90% honestly... that's what I'm doing going forward.
04 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: Austria can you post a link?
04 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: It is in the 'games' section of this website.
04 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: I think the problem with reliabllty ratings is that new players start with 100%. To my way of thinking, they should start with 0%, or have a minimum number of successful turns to be eligible for 'reliability'.
05 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: I mean, the Russian player isn't new. I guess life happens. I think RR is a great tool, just need to put a higher threshold maybe... Or recruit in the forum? I dunno.
05 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: I guess what I really need to do is create Passwords. Not sure how to communicate that PW to players I'd like in my games
05 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: A link to your specific game ID, I looked and couldn't find it
05 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: I am not sure how to locate a specific game ID...
05 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: Can you support me into Sevastopol
05 Oct 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: Can someone else post the link

06 Oct 15 UTC Well, look at that, Russia actually got on-line and looked at this game. Good luck dude, 4 of us are hunting you. Well, make that 3, as you'd have already lost Sev if Turkey bothered to order last turn.
06 Oct 15 UTC Now, Tsar TyPrado, I have helpful suggestions, but will send them to you in private.
06 Oct 15 UTC With Russia still not having submitted moves and Turkey missing moves. Would this be a good time to cancel?
06 Oct 15 UTC I'll draw, but does that mean Prado gets his points back?
07 Oct 15 UTC Yes
07 Oct 15 UTC OK, so now Prado was active 16 hours ago - does he have to vote draw too?
07 Oct 15 UTC Yeah, that's the problem, he didn't actually go into CD.

Honestly, one player in CD isn't that bad, I'm finishing up a game where we had 3.
