05 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2000: Me Russia italy....
05 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2000: You also have the most supply centers and a defendable front
05 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2000: You also have the most supply centers and a defendable front
05 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2000: You weren't in my alliance and we never worked together, in fact you went back on your word about helping me with Italy *and* you moved your fleets towards me. The only thing we ever talked about was you helping with Italy and you wanting me to attack Russia with you.

I've been at war with Italy since literally the first year. Just because I helped him with an attack doesn't mean I'm going to continue working with him, especially considering how long I was delayed by him. As well, the moves involved in the Italian attack Solidified an Italian position on land and removed it from the sea where I was.

Russia told me to take Istanbul so you wouldn't get it.

I have the most SC's and a defensible position, but I am not the only one in a good position, and I'm not even remotely close to strong enough to try and solo, so what are you trying to get at?
05 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2000: Desperation a good argument does not make.
06 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2000: So who is up for a draw. We all would make 25 coins
10 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: So it looks like everyone wants to draw but Egypt. How about allying together and forcing a draw?
10 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: I am in for that!
10 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: What is with you guys for not wanting to play the damn game? I'm not playing this for the points, I'm playing this for sport. I like strategy games. I very much dislike drawing. Drawing to me means nobody on the board can progress anywhere and you call it a tie. If you guys wanted to cancel the game you should have done that a week ago. Don't complain just because you started to lose.
10 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: (I direct this at the Ukraine specifically)
10 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: If Egypt thinks he can solo, he shouldn't vote to draw. When I am in that position I refuse to vote until I am stalemated, so I cannot say anything to or about him not voting, as it is what I would do.
10 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: I don't think I can solo, but I also know that even though you guys are all voting to draw you're still playing the game. Everybody on this site does the same thing - play half a game and then whine until everyone draws. It is annoying and I just don't understand it.

When I'm losing I just lash out randomly and make false promises. Thats a much better time.
10 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: All in all I'd just much rather play the game that we have all been playing for more than two weeks. It is a huge waste of time otherwise.

And Italy and Russia, if the Ukraine actually gives both of you all his territory like he claimed he would to me in private, would you then both just play the game? I want the Ukraine out, you guys were going to get most of his stuff anyway. I view it as win - win.
10 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: The Spain - France border makes me giggle. Unrelated but worth noting.
11 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: Can you write me a shorter version? I hate having to read through you venting for three paragraphs and would love a brief summary.
11 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: Sorry five paragraphs, my bad
11 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: I do like Egypt on a personal level.
11 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: I really don't like the way Russia looks when it has Sweden and Finland because it reminds me of a cock and balls. But like a non-athletic 72 year old's cock and balls.

Like if we're just venting things.
11 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: I kinda like these borders for a greater Anglo-Aryan state based in London though. It'd look way nicer with Iceland, then like the entirety of everything to the Urals along the coast. Then just Portugal and Morocco Algeria. That'd be a sweet Aryan homeland. Maybe it should have more of Poland and Germany then but. It'd be pretty sweet. All coastal baby. Greater Britannia-Germany rules the waves. Algerian and Moroccan oil, Scandinavian metals, Russian whatever they get out of the Urals, all that mad crazy farmland in the Baltic countries and Polish-German frontier.
11 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: I'm just saying the borders would aesthetically look like something out of a WW2 science fiction book, not that I plan on trying to achieve them.

Like that book where the Germans won and then people don't find out about the holocaust until the 70s.
14 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2002: So, starting to look like an Italian, Russian, French, English, Egyptian game. I know I'll be supporting Spain for as long as I can to keep you animals from him but what are we going to do now?

France and Italy are almost entirely land based troops, England is about a 50/50 mix, I'm all fleets and Russia is heavy land light fleet. Right now we all clearly have potential to succeed and to fail. Does anybody feel like mentioning any thoughts about the board?

I'm wondering about the outcome for France and Italy. Soon all the land they can expand into is going to be taken up but neither has many fleets or a place they can build one really. I think we're going to end up divided on either the Italian or the French sides of a fight.
14 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2002: Not because they're the strongest on the board, but because they possess a large amount of key positions between the two of them. I see England Supporting France and myself and Italy working together soon (probably against one of our wills), but I'm interested to see where Russia is going to side. He has equal issue with both sides and has had non-conflict with both Italy and France.
14 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2002: Or maybe I'm crazy.
14 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2002: Maybe Italian - England vs. French - Egyptian with a russian twist.
14 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2002: England and I could team up against anybody on the board too
15 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2002: England you smarmy bastard.
15 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2002: Sometimes you can't talk your way out of everything. :P
15 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2002: I could try this time around but England totally wanted to see me choke on my words and I would.

But, I never said that I was an honest player. If not into the people next to me then where would I go?
15 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2002: Well, England is your only hope of a friend it seems, the bad part, is of the three players in the middle of that sandwich, him attacking any of them is of more help to yourself than to him.
15 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2002: It is nice to see everyone finally realize that everything Egypt says is absolute BS
15 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2002: I may be dead but at least I accomplished something
15 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2002: Nothing of what I said has been BS. I'm not going to stop trying to win just because you're lashing out when you lose stuff. Why would I let a dying player dictate my military moves?
15 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2002: Honestly I don't trust Egypt but half the reason I sort of stabbed and never helped Ukraine is because he complained so so much.
17 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2003: How can you think I was the one who was complaining too much. Did you read all the crap Egypt posted in the global chat? Now compare that to asking you a couple of times to take Sweden, which was completely open to you.
17 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2003: I take offense to that! I worked hard on my crap spewing! I'm sorry that you only see this game as military movements, but that is not what this game is. Especially on this map.
17 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2003: GameMaster: TheRandom was banned: multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
17 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2003: England and Russia? Draw votes? Egypt got banned.. ._.
18 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2003: Holy crap. On top of complaining excessively about us cheating by making alliances, TheRandom had multiple accounts. This is the best news I have heard all week.
18 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2003: Wow.
18 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2003: I can't believe its not butter.
18 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2003: Imagine if no one was voting draw what a complete cluster this would be
18 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2003: To think that Ukraine survives this.
18 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 2003: I just wanna say all the aggressive moves I only did to make sure no one was going to try to do anything now that the situation has changed so much. I know Italy is voting draw but since Russia wasn't he could always flip it back if he changed his mind.
19 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2003: Yeah. Taking possibly 5 centers in one turn sure is going to keep people wanting a draw.
20 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2003: I get why that would upset people but really the point was if anyone changed their minds because of the world changing events that I would act preemptively to destroy any alliances and put enough power in myself I could stop anyone even all of you.
21 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2003: So. What's up with Egypt?
21 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2003: He was out of the game before?
21 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2003: Also my draw vote is in just so everyone knows.
21 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 2003: The game will probably just draw after this phase is done.
23 Apr 15 UTC Good game everyone.
