27 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 1901: Hi all, welcome! Hopefully this will be a great game, one without NMRs or CDs.
[NMR: no moves resolved; CD: civil disorder].
NMRs are frowned upon. Please continue to submit orders till the end, good or bad.
If a NMR occurs in the first turn, or a CD in the first two years, then this game should cancel.
Anyway, thank you for participating, good luck to all, and most importantly, have fun!
27 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 1901: PS New players, if any, might want to have a look at:
http://www.diplom.org/Online/Openings/
02 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: GameMaster: skier99 was banned: repeat multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
02 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: Let's pause this game until England is replaced.
02 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: GM says cancel lets just cancel it and maybe s1 start a new game with same name
02 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: Well, we did not have a NMR, nor a CD yet, so it's not really necessary to cancel this game right now, unless England isn't replaced in the Spring.
02 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: I know, but if he has been cheating we don't know if this has affected this game as well. I think that is why the GM will cancel the game no matter what.
02 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: Sry - mixed up with other game.
Still think we shut cancel - as we do not know if his cheating has affected this game allready.
02 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: "Cheating" means that more than one account is controlled by the same person, or that two players made agreements prior to joining a game, and communicate outside this chat-box system.
If there was a possibility this game would have been affected, then a moderator or admin had paused this game already, and put it under investigation. If cheating had occured, then more than one player would have been banned. If three or more were banned, then this game would have been cancelled by the investigating moderator or admin.
Apparently the cheating took place in another game, so there is no reason to cancel this one as of yet.
02 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: I agree with France.
02 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: Its not that I don't see your points. Its just still a chance that it has affected this game. And ofc I'm also tired of this waiting game - and sad for you guys if it ends up with me beeing afk for a round or two.
02 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: Welcome new England, thanks for joining!
02 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: (2ndWhiteLine): If I may interject, I don't have a reason to believe cheating has unduly effected this game. I would advise unpausing and continuing.

02 Mar 15 UTC Autumn, 1901: Thank you for the welcome! I look forward to playing with you guys and ensure you that no matter what was done by the last administration, England will be ruled with a srupulous adherence to the rules from here on out.
